Thank you for your reply. This doesn’t change the fact that I did what your folks asked of me in the time frame they asked and when I told them everything was uploaded they tell me that the offer is $2k less which is nonsense. Then your people tell me a manager is going to call me now on 3 different occasions and no one has reached out. You only care when someone gives you poor reviews. Otherwise there is no respect or caring for your clients. That is poor business and not how you get or retain customers. Very poor customer experience.
