I really enjoyed my experience with Carvana! It did take me a second to figure out that I needed to check the monthly payment amount as well as the down payment prior to purchasing a vehicle, but once they me a second to figure out that I needed to check the monthly payment amount as well as the down payment prior to purchasing a vehicle, but once they told me it all came together. I had the touchless delivery. The delivery driver called prior to let me know that it seemed as though his truck wouldn’t fit in my driveway so we met at the end of the street. All in all, very great experience! They were in constant communication with me about what I could expect and what my responsibilities were. I liked the fact that there weren’t any surprises. More
There was a glitch in my account when I went to pick up my car. Carvana was awesome and was able to fix their mistake quickly and I went home with my new car as planned. Second car purchased from Carvana, 3rd for my household. My first experience was seamless. This second trip was a tad bumpy, starting with the purchase of a vehicle from a “trusted partner” who did not insp My first experience was seamless. This second trip was a tad bumpy, starting with the purchase of a vehicle from a “trusted partner” who did not inspect the vehicle whatsoever. The Carvana rep that completed my sale the first day was clearly overwhelmed and mildly unprofessional with his visible frustration. I ended up returning the vehicle the same day to some non negotiable repairs that needed to be made. I was told I’d receive the vehicle later that week. 3 weeks later and I visit the lot to purchase my husbands car and my vehicle is still in the exact same spot. Carvana is lucky it’s a limited edition color with low mileage or I would have taken my business elsewhere. However shortly after Sydney from KC reached out to me, had my vehicle repaired in a timely manner, provided a cell number and remained in constant contact. She was deeply apologetic, professional, and accommodating. On the day of pickup, your star team member Joe provided excellent customer service and even helped Sydney pick out a few gifts for me. All in all Sydney and Joe of KCMO are awesome and absolutely saved this sale. More
This was my first experience and I must say that I was impressed and overall pleased! The order was super clear and easy however it did hit a bump but this was very quickly addressed. He obviously conveyed this concern to the Chellony at pick up as she was quick, compassionate, and friendly to help expedite my checkout. This was my first experience but certainly not the last! If I could rate no stars I would. I submitted all the documentation to sell my Acura to Carvana. I did everything they told me to do as fast as possible and communicated with the them the whole time. After my submission of all requested documents they told me I had to put in for another offer. They dropped the offer over $2000. I called and could get no help. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back and it has been almost a week. Watch out if you plan on doing business with these folks. They will do everything they can to screw your out of money. Their cars are overpriced and they want you to have to pay to them on trade ins or selling your car to them. I don’t want anyone to struggle the way I have with this horrible business! More

I called carvana (20+ min) to find out there was a glitch and that it was outside of their control and couldnt get the car to me until monday. I said okay well later that after noon contracts needed to be signed again and it bumps me from my monday delviery time! so i call AGAIN 20+ min to get someone to get me another friggin delivery window an hour later than i wanted! but what am i going to do? i Sign the contracts and the car arrives. car was disgusting and covered in dust. I had to actually use buckets of water and a small nozzle to get it the door jambs clean the park button gets stuck and throws a fault and the driver side seat warmer would turn off after 5 min of running. found out that the range would only take me 40 miles and that was outside of the miles i needed it for. everything else on the car was great (paint, tires and no strange smells) but thats the only good so far... I found a 2015 bmw i3 with the range extender and continued with the purchase. Well it wouldnt process and the customer services agent says they need to call back (20+ min) i hear back from the first guy stating the title has an issue and they would hold the car for 72 hours so they can work it out. called back after 72 hours and no movement on title, i state that i want them to take their car back so im not stuck with their car and i want my trade back. (20+ min) phone conversation. they call back again to tell me the title specialist hasnt gotten back to them and they arrange time to get the car and drop off my trade... great here we are 30 min past their collection time and i still have their car, my car is MIA and nobody from the hub has contacted me. I am currently calling customer service and had to wait another 20 min... to say the least this is the worst car buying experience i have ever had to this date. More
