Anyone looking to buy a used car should shop Carvana. I’m in love with my new to me car. Every ding and scratch was pointed out to me during the shopping process, so there were no surprises when my car was d in love with my new to me car. Really can’t describe what a great experience I have had with Carvana and Silver Rock. The whole process was hassle free and fast. I got top dollar for my trade in and paid under the average kbb price for with Carvana and Silver Rock. The whole process was hassle free and fast. I got top dollar for my trade in and paid under the average kbb price for my truck. My truck was delivered on time, clean and ready to go. The truck was scratched in transport and before I even had a chance to see the damage Jennifer, the driver who delivered my vehicle, was upstanding enough to not only point out the damage but assure me that it would be repaired at no cost to me. She was friendly, apologetic and knowledgeable making the process all the more simple. After my truck was unloaded I got a chance to take it for a test drive while she got my trade in ready to be loaded onto her truck. Jennifer even adhered to social distancing and wore a mask despite being outside. The repair information was delivered to me within hours and there was no hassle with the estimate or approval of services for repair. A carvana representative reached out to me six days later to see how everything was going and remind me I still had one day to return the truck if I was unsatisfied. I expressed concern about some cosmetic damage to the b post on the driver side I had initially missed during my inspection of the truck. He told me he was going to text me a link where I could upload photos for review and repair determination. I was amazed to get an email several days later, after my 7 day grace period had expired mind you, that said it had been approved for repair. I just want to say thanks to the whole Carvana team, Jennifer and the representatives from Silver Rock for being personable, friendly and prompt with all of their services from start to finish and beyond. You guys are awesome. This last bit may be silly or have an increased sense of value with everything that happened in 2020 but.....four or five days after my truck was delivered a thank you card showed up in the mail. It was hand written and made reference to several funny conversations that were had when my truck was delivered. For a transaction that happened online in the midst of a pandemic with social distancing in place, the process really felt more in person and relaxed than any dealership I have ever been to. I have told everyone with utter amazement in my voice that this entire process was easier than ordering a blouse on Amazon . It held true from start to finish. The app did not work well at all. There was lots of confusion by the advocates during the process. Half the time they couldn’t find the order or email address.
