Chase Bank is hardly some obscure little recognizable bank. Your continued use of a substandard third part application (Plaid) reflects on your reputation. Until you actually respond to legitimate complaints with action, I will continue to warn other potential customers of the pitfalls of using you. There are other reliable interfaces available, if you took complaints seriously.
