I went to multiple used car dealerships and kept getting the run-around. I'd be offered rates way too high, monthly payments nowhere near what I wanted, and was continuously frustrated by not finding the t the run-around. Carvana made that process so much more simple. I knew right off the bat what I qualified for, I got to set my monthly payments, I knew I was getting the car I wanted, and I did it all from home!! The car was delivered exactly as they detailed it online. Took it to my trusted mechanic and they couldn't find a thing wrong (the first time I've ever bought a used car like that). I would recommend this process to any and everyone. Only complaint I have is that I need to go into a dealership to have my keyless entry code factory reset (all of which is being covered by Carvana). More

Mixed experience. Got conflicting information about bank approval of down payment. Then delivery was delayed 5 days. Vehicle was delivered with dead batteries in both remotes and a missing start/stop butto approval of down payment. Then delivery was delayed 5 days. The website for searching cars is very useful and easy, yet I was very hesitant at the thought of buying an auto without seeing or driving it until after you pay for it. After a prior deal fell through at a dealership I found the similar car on Carvana and went for it. Very impressive. Easy to purchase and upload the items necessary. Plus they gave the best trade in for my existing car with a difference of a few thousand dollars more. The newer car was delivered and the older one taken away at the appointed time.
