I didn't believe it could be so easy. From start to finish it was hassel free. The 150 point inspection along with the carfax helped me feel confident I wasn't getting taken. If I could give a lower review I would. Carvana sold me a car without disclosing known body repair work. When I inquired about it I was lied to about the work and then once I had it independently confirmed, car without disclosing known body repair work. The one star is for the convenience of not going to a dealership. The rest of the process was and continues to be a nightmare. No communication. I purchased an electric vehicle and they sent it to me with a broken charger (thought that would be part of their 150-point inspection?) and then only offered to reimburse me $220 for me to buy a new one. BUT, I still had to buy a new one, get it shipped here, and charge the car. They gave me two additional days. That's it. The registration process? Well, they make you sign a bunch of blank forms. Who in the xxxx signs blank forms when purchasing anything, let alone something 10k+? Horrible process. They didn't advise me in advance I needed a notary. All of it. Just horrible. Never again, and I do not recommend it. I'm not sure if you save money or not, but I doubt it, especially if you're like me and had to pay the $600 delivery fee. You're better off xxxxxxx it up and going to a dealer, but because I live in a rural area, don't know anyone, and don't have a car, I was forced to use this unconventional method. More
I have to tell you that this car purchase (at least so far — fingers crossed the car itself doesn’t turn out to be a lemon after 2 months) has been the best I’ve ever had. All the paperwork was in plain English, not legalese, and the car search functions on the website were great. I appreciated that I could select exactly what features I wanted, and the website would email or text me when one fitting my preferences was available. What I appreciated most, though, was that the 3 customer service reps I talked with either on the phone or in person during deliver were so incredibly helpful and cheerful, not pushy or sleazy in any way. It was like talking with an employee at the grocery store. I am not being compensated to say these things. I just want to give credit when credit is due and pay it forward. Thank you to delivery driver Nick for pointing out that the battery in one of my keys was low and put in a claim for a brand new key without me even asking. More

Extremely disappointed that the "number of hot spots" on car were misrepresented. there were only two listed on website and more than 9 when the car arrived. Reached out and was told that this was apart of car were misrepresented. there were only two listed on website and more than 9 when the car arrived. Reached out and was told that this was apart of "wear and tear" and no additional fix will be offered other than I can exchange the car! The car was delivered and it wasn't cleaned entirely well, just not happy with the service overall. Lastly, my delivery was changed twice once because of truck breakdown and the other paper work issue on Carvana side. Will certainly think a bit more about using them in future. More

This was the easiest process ever!! The car arrived on the date/time promised and was beautiful! Clarissa delivered my new car and she couldnt have been any better to work with.
