The process did not go smoothly. Car was brought to us and upon test drive the driver seat reclined and would not go back up. Thankfully, everybody I dealt with was awesome. I went through way more then anticipated and I definitely feel the need to express my frustration with the overall process. In the beginning it was great, easy and everybody I've dealt with was patient and knowledgeable. As we approached the first swap, that was the beginning part of the series of unfortunate events. The first car I was going to swap, a check engine light came on the day of delivery, so naturally, I wanted to opt for another car. Second car to swap for my first vehicle, the same thing happened. Although I could have waited for them to be fixed, I didn't want to hit my 400 mile mark, which eventually was resolved by the second rep I was dealing with directly. He managed to up my mileage until we can figure out how to handle the situation. I won't even go into the hoops we needed to jump through to get the underwriting done.. the amount of anxiety I felt thinking my credit was going to be hit again, soft or hard pull, or being advised that I would need to go through a third party or pay full cash after everything (which is not an option, hence why I went through Carvana Financing) Aside from a month of back and forth, and even understanding that stuff happens, I wouldn't have had as much patience as I did if it weren't for the awesome reps I was working with, directly and in between. OVERALL: despite all the crap, I'm extremely happy with my current car that we got swapped. I would still recommend the place and I'm very appreciative of the people I dealt with. I can only hope, nobody experience the same as I did. More

AMAZING. I was hesitant at first for the idea of buying an used car online is very bizarre to me. But I gave carvana a try after I saw good reviews from reddit community promoting its stock lol. It actually took me less than 30 mins to complete the process. After I finished my parts, I got feedback from the employee very quick. I got the vehicle in less than two days after completing the paperwork. Delivery was the best part of the process that I went thru. The guy contacted me in advance if I would like to advance appointment sooner. I said YES! Delivery was very simple. I just had to fill out a little paperwork and I had the access to the vehicle. I skipped the test drive and let the delivery guy go in 20 mins. While working on all the process, the employees working with me were super kind and I could feel the vibe of happiness in them while working. When someone close to me wants to buy an vehicle I would recommend carvana.com BTW you get 10 coupons for $500 off for friend and $100 credit for you. I hope I can use all for recommendation and take some credit for myself too :) More

Easiest car buying experience ever! The drop off was quick and thorough. The guy explained everything even though I didn't have time for the test spin. I kept it until the last day of the 7 day return p quick and thorough. The guy explained everything even though I didn't have time for the test spin. I kept it until the last day of the 7 day return period. The car needed some additional minor work and ended up big too big for our one car garage anyway. But even in the return process the customer service was excellent and quick. Overall, the process was quick, simple, and enjoyable. Even though I returned the car, I would still recommend Carvana. Buying a car was a great experience with Carvana. The only thing I wished happened that didn't was the car vending machine working. Pros: Best trade-in price offered, way over dealerships Kelly Blue Book. Carvana had the car I was specifically interested in and did contact me when available. Took numerous cell phone photos and tons of Customer Service reps. to finally get the car paperwork finished...then, city was misspelled upon delivery of car and I've never seen any paperwork since...was suppose to FedEx corrected version, never received. Cust. Service way too confusing; wait time to get thru really long, etc. I would know the tricks if I ever do this again...but by no means a 'snap'. More
