The process as a whole was rather simple. The few small problems we did end up having were solved quickly by their amazing customer service department. Making a repair claim was easy as well. Im satisfied with the vehicle I bought, but my delivery got rescheduled 3 or 4 times and I finally just picked it up myself once it got to the Kansas City Depot. They backed it up a week the first time bec got rescheduled 3 or 4 times and I finally just picked it up myself once it got to the Kansas City Depot. They backed it up a week the first time because they didn't get it picked up on North Carolina. The next week it got held up on the way to Kansas City by the weather, which us understandable because of all the snow that week. However once it got to Kansas City they couldn't deliver it because all their delivery trucks were gelled up from the cold because they didn't put diesel treatment in them. As a truck driver I don't understand how you don't put diesel treatment in when it's going to be -15 degrees. Other than the delivery process it's a bit strange to not be able to negotiate the price, but it's nice to find a vehicle set up the way you want with having to go look at a bunch of them. More
