The worst car buying experience ever it took over a month and a half for me to receive the vehicle I picked out a vehicle and when it arrived I felt that it was not the one for me so I picked a second month and a half for me to receive the vehicle I picked out a vehicle and when it arrived I felt that it was not the one for me so I picked a second vehicle and from there it just went downhill I get a message saying get ready to meet your vehicle tomorrow two hours later I get another message saying that your vehicle has been delayed then the same day two hours later I get another message saying do you know what you expect tomorrow when you pick up your vehicle I had a call over and over until I got somebody on the phone to find out that my vehicle was not going to be arriving on time if I did not call I would’ve showed up without an appointment and no vehicle and that process happen three more times as they cancel I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and they said it takes 24 to 48 hours for a manager to call me back to this day I never had a manager call me back every employee I spoke to you on the phone was super nice very polite very professional but the confusion in the process and everything that was going on was crazy when I do pick up a vehicle there’s scratches multiple scratches all over the vehicle that was not listed with the front bumper there needs to be replaced which they are taken care of it I get told that the miles will be extended if I did not call back the following day to find out if the ad at the miles I would have went over and probably would’ve been charged they told me that another vehicle that I was picking out that they will honor the terms in payments and for two days I kept calling to find out if the changes were made and they kept telling me yes it is taken care of they just haven’t updated the system And the day before I was gonna pick up my vehicle I find out my my payment went up $60 after they told me that it was approved by a manager I believe by the name of William and of course I couldn’t get a last name so by this time they’re saying they don’t know who would’ve said that after clearly I was put on hold for a long time until they verified that they were going to honor my payments in terms to keep everything the same I originally wanted to get insurance added to the vehicle I ended up getting another vehicle without the extended warranty just to keep my payments the same and still got a vehicle that has problems Trust me when I say this this is not the new way to buy a car More

The process was terrible. I was rescheduled 3 times to receive my vehicle. On the last pickup, my car wasn't even cleaned out which pushed back my delivery another hour and a half. Would never buy from these people again. I finalized a deal online, after waiting 3 MONTHS for the vehicle. They confirmed over an email and said they would call with any questions. Never called. I hcarad a horrible experience with Carvana, I started to purchase car 5 weeks ago. First problem was repair of parking brake handle and seat belt cover causing a 2 week delay. Then I decided to not do a trade in for $100 credit which caused another week delay. Finally there was another delay for weather. When I met the delivery and asked to make sure the convertible top worked. The back window glass shattered into 1000 pieces. I refused to accept delivery at that point. i never received a bill of sale, title, or even drove the car. I received a call an hour later trying to pressure me into taking the car, which I refused. The whole purchasing experience through Carvana has been an rewarding and smooth one. There was absolute transparency with the entire purchase with no gimmicks. Corrine "CC" Saldana was a great face to the company and represented Carvana very well upon vehicle delivery. The vehicle that got delivered was in MUCH better shape and quality than what was shown on the website. She explained everything clearly and was very patient while I took the vehicle out for a test spin. A thorough Pre-purchase inspection with my local mechanic proved this was a superb buy. Needless to say I was very satisfied and kept the vehicle past the 7-day period! Highly recommend this service to anyone that's curious! More
While everything worked out in the end, the process took a lot more effort on my part than I had planned. I had to spend more time than I planned during my work day on the phone on hold waiting to reschedule the delivery. I ended up getting the car about a month later than originally scheduled to avoid having my work day interrupted. Even on the delivery date, there was still some confusion but I eventually got the car. There were a couple of problems I had to deal with right away, such as the Recon Completed sticker on the windshield and a broken light around one of the license plate holders. Then there is the matter of my registration - that may take the full time until the temporary plates expire to get and then I have to deal with my county registration. More
