Jimenez I purchased a 2014 blue BMW X3 The process of buying a vehicle was not what I was hoping you would think a manager would step in and take control of the situation and the one manager that did approve and guaranteed me that my payments were going to stay the same and that they were going to honor The pricing in terms due to how much trouble I was having did not go through with what he guaranteed me now that I write a review they want to try to make it right after I consistently try to get somebody on the phone to make sense of what was going on I know the vehicle was cheaper so the payments were going to go up that’s why I waited before switching vehicles Until I was guaranteed my payments were going to stay the same which never happened if I did not call them this process would’ve taken longer over a month and a half it took for me to get the right vehicle and when I did I was not able to get the extra coverage I would’ve rather dealt with the salesman over the process I went through

Called in. The tech I spoke with acknowledged that Carvana screwed up. But, even though they had sold that truck to me, they had turned around and sold it to someone else. So I waited for a truck for 3 months and get nothing. Tech was nice but admitted, there is nothing she can do. So, that is the experience I will expect from Carvana in the future and therefor will not buy from them.
