I had a horrible experience with Carvana. The website indicated that the car was a 2014. After I bought it the online Carvana paperwork I receive revealed that it was a 2013. That killed the low used car financing rate I had lined up, with 2014 being the oldest car that qualified. I chalk that up to sloppy computer input. The next problem, though really made me angry. The cost breakdown listed Tax, Title & Reg. at a little over $100. After I agreed to purchase I found out that the actual amount was over $1400. I was told that the Tax, Title & Reg. dollar amount is only an estimate, and that only after you agree to purchase you find out what the real amount is. This reeks of bait and switch. On top of that, I had to wait over a month to get my title in the mail so I could register my car and get license plates. Each time I called Carvana (many times, never less that a half hour on hold, several calls dropped) I was told vaguely that they were "working in it" and that it can "take time." As my temporary license plate we getting close to expiring, I kicked it up to a supervisor named Mitzy who was fabulous. I trusted her to be my advocate. After even she couldn't get anywhere, I called her again and gave her extra ammunition. I told her I went onto the Securities and Exchange Commission website and pulled up Carvana's 10K report which lists the name of the CEO, several senior VPs, and all the board members. I told her to please pass along that I am going to email and call every one of them unless I get action quickly. Magically, the next day I received a FedEx email telling me that my title was in transit to me. More
The process was pretty easy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was an issue with my documents not registering as received the first time. I had to reapply, but on the second run, my Carvana Advocate walked it thru each step the second time. The customer service after the initial issue was phenomenal and they definitely made it right. The vehicle arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It was super clean and the rep was amazing. The rep answered questions and even assisted in a minor issue being reconciled. I am telling EVERYONE how easy and awesome my CARVANA experience has been. I love my truck, I love the service, and I love not needing to physically go to a dealership!! More
Getting my car was pretty easy. The front bumper was popped out when it arrived they said carvana would call me within 48 hours to tell me where to take it and get it popped back in. They also charged my moms card almost an extra 1,500 and said it would be refunded. My mom has been trying to get refunded for weeks and now they are saying they do not have a record of this charge. Mind you the car was over 16,000 but they charged an extra almost 1,500 so now my mom is having to have her bank dispute it. More

Love my car and the purchase experience. However, my car was delivered with an overdue(3 months) for service notice right when I turned it on. How many Carvana people saw that notice and ignored it? They will cover it, but now I have to go to the dealer, one of the things I was hoping to avoid by using Carvana. The young woman who delivers my car was awesome! More
