There was no license plate bracket on the front of the car when I bought it. So I had to get it installed at the dealership. And Carvana paid me back that cost. Carvana is a breath of fresh air among the dealerships full of total xx. There is a small icon in Carvana car search to add a filter to buy a car on "keep moving prices". The price is ~1500 lower than KBB. Use that option for good deals More

I will buy from Carvana again. However, they need to focus in customer outreach. My car was not delivered when promised and nobody advised me. I had to call them 2 days later and they had no idea the ca focus in customer outreach. My car was not delivered when promised and nobody advised me. I had to call them 2 days later and they had no idea the car had not been delivered. Additionally, their chat functionality needs more 'real' people as opposed to the chat-bot. Many times I tried to get in touch with a person by chat and it took them a day to reach me (some times they never reached out). Feels like we need to keep pushing for the paperwork to move forward as opposed to be an automatic experience like in a in-person dealership. Hopefully in a couple of years all this will be fixed and I will try buying from them again, otherwise I'll skip it and go straight to a typical dealership. More
