I was looking for a 2012 to 2014 Volvo XC90. Overall, the experience with Carvana was great! I set up a notification based on what I was looking for and within 5 days, I received an email stating that a car experience with Carvana was great! The process was very easy from reserving, confirming the type of financing/payment I was going to use, uploading all necessary documents to complete the transaction, and reserving the date of delivery. The car was super clean when it arrived. The 7-day test drive period is good for those who have never driven the car they chose. I do have reservations about buying a car "sight unseen" but, since this was my 3rd XC90, I was familiar with the car, thus, making it less stressful moving forward with the purchase. Great job, Carvana. You'll see me again real soon. More

I found an absolute gem of a car without any hassle whatsoever, except a small mistake all on my part. Even that was not a problem. The Carvana folks came to my rescue and rectified my error online in less than 15 minutes! The car was delivered to my house as promised and it even bettr than the pictures Carvana provided. Best of all, NO HASSLES with a traditional dealer, no sitting at a sales person's desk for hours on end waiting for consultation after consultation with the head dealer. I am a Carvana fan and have told my friends of my very, very positive experience. With all due respect to my local car dealer, adios amigo! More
