It saddens us to hear that there was a delay in your delivery. Additionally, we would like to apologize for the vending machine being down, as we know this is a huge factor when buying through Carvana. We would like to apologize that there were more cosmetic imperfections than what was notated on our site. Currently, we notate imperfections that fall outside of our standards and anything additional is considered to be regular wear for a used vehicle. However, it sounds like these additional imperfections were a bit more severe than our usual standards and for that we are sincerely sorry. In regards to the keys, when we purchase a vehicle, we do pass along everything that was given to us at that time. As we know how important the number of keys can be for our customers, we do notate the number of keys a vehicle will come with in our 360-degree tour. Very unsatisfied customer responded

In response to your message. My account is under the email address of tpgerger@gmail.com. I must say that the mechanics advised me the rotors had been turned and that weakened them which means you knew the rotors needed to be replaced and you doctored them in order to sell the vehicle. The play in the tie rods has been there for quite some time. And you also put three different tires two of which only have 4/32nds of tread left. Considering I am disabled and unable to bend down that far to find out that you intently took advantage of a disabled person to sell a vehicle. Not to mention the repairs that were done under warranty where apparently you had taken the bumper off the vehicle and and replaced it but did not bother to reinstall the license plate light which made the car illegal to drive in the state of Minnesota. Then you have the other issues that were mentioned before it will now cost between what you did cover under the warranty (the cosmetic stuff and illegal's) plus the new tires, the tie rods, The alignment after the tie rods are installed, the oil change and the brakes in the back you did the same thing just putting pads over warped rotators. That will come to almost $4000 by the time everything is said and done that means you sold a vehicle that according to the lemon law was illegal and since you transported it across state lines that is now a federal issue. I hope you all have good lawyers because the Feds do not play games and when I have all the documentation together it will be turned over to them.
