Carvana

This is our second time using Carvana and the first time was amazing. This time, not so much. The earliest delivery date was about 1.5 weeks out and the day before it was scheduled to arrive, I received not was amazing. This time, not so much. The earliest delivery date was about 1.5 weeks out and the day before it was scheduled to arrive, I received notification that there was a delay and I’d need to wait another 5 days. When the car arrived, there were multiple issues starting with a broken AC unit. We were going to have it fixed but ended up finding 4 other issues and having to call 5 shops to get an appointment for someone to just assess the issues. It was way more work than purchasing a “new” car should have been and we ultimately ended up sending it back. Very disappointed as I feel like these very noticeable issues should have been caught by Carvana before it was ever sent to us. On the plus side, their customer service team is always incredibly friendly and we will not let this stop us from a possible purchase in the future. Hopefully this was a one-off situation! More
