It was quicker and easier than a dealership, but my experience with Carvana was filled with technology issues. This was my second time buying a car through Carvana. I actually traded in my prior Ca experience with Carvana was filled with technology issues. This was my second time buying a car through Carvana. I actually traded in my prior Carvana purchase as part of the process of getting this one. They gave me a better trade-in offer than I could find anywhere else. It was above KBB value. The trade-in process was really easy. However, the purchase process was not easy due to technology issues. What was supposed to be a 40 mins process to finalize the purchase once I selected my car, took hours, constant texting with their support people, lots of resets, which ended up changing my interest rate through their partnership with Capital One, and even needing to “go nuclear” as their tech put it. It was very nerve racking, as I was worried I’d lose the car I’d chosen during the resets, and I did have to pay a higher interest rate than I first qualified for because it was running duplicate requests with Capital One, so I kept getting 2 emails for each step, 1 that approved me and 1 that denied me because there was already a request in the system. So that had me worried my loan request ultimately wouldn’t go through. The Carvana website kept saying it couldn’t see any Capital One financing details, even though it showed all the details on a different page of the website. Ultimately they got it worked out and I got my car. The tech support was very nice and even put a reserve on my car for 24 hours instead of the usual 40 mins, to make sure I didn’t lose it while they worked on the issues. I love the car. It does have a burn mark on the passenger seat cushion that wasn’t in the inspection, but they are doing an after-sale repair on it and covering the cost, so it all works out. More

Very impressed about the total process. Trade in value on the Honda was $1,500 more than the next highest dealer's quote.Your automated system was not working when I decided to trad rather than sell. Description of the "flaws" in the vehicle's appearance in its description were not apparent to me when the vehicle arrived. Only negative was the long wait time to speak to a rep. On one call I was number fourteen in line. More
