I liked the process of buying a car on the internet because it was something new to me and literally as easy as applying for a credit card or a personal loan. Delivery was on time. However, the statements from Carvana claiming to do a 150 point inspection, investing at least $1000 on the vehicles, new tires, detailing the vehicles before delivery is something I don't find to be true after my experience. I received my car on a Wednesday and during the test drive I noticed some things were not right. It has noises and issues that should have been addressed prior to delivery, the person who made my delivery told me to keep the vehicle in order for me to take it for repair, instantly made a claim. In less of 24 hours my vehicles was in the shop and spent there for the next 5 days because they were waiting on approval from Carvana's warranty company and a missing piece for repair. A representative was kind and extended my 7 day return policy for 2 extra days but when I finally received the vehicle after 5 days and called I was told they could not make more extensions. You buy a car from a company that claims to be trust-worthy just to be surprised by the quality of the cars and then you are stuck. If I wanted a lemon I could've purchased it from my local market (or dealers). I still have to take the car for alignment and God knows what else because of the horrible noise it makes as soon as you hit 30 miles. Carvana will not cover the costs of alignment and tires as it is considered "wear and tear" but that's how I received the car. Also on their website says the tires are new. First thing I was told at the shop was that I needed new tires. The car was not detailed before delivery either. Dusty inside and had mud marks on the rear. A Carvana supervisor I spoke with agreed to reimburse me up to $100 for the car detailing and to take the vehicle to a tire shop to go over the tire thread to let him know to put up for review within 30 days. I appreciate those two gestures, but it should have been addressed prior to delivering the car to me. I had a fast, worry free check out experience but now I don't trust Carvana for future purchases when it comes to their claimed quality and I am just stressed and disappointed. I purchased extended warranty but that's not peace of mind because now I am just questioning if the vehicle will last me a decent amount of time. More

Picked out a car had it ordered and scheduled for delivery in less than 30 minutes. Syncing bank accounts was seamless. The car arrived on time. It arrived with a chip in the windshield which was not delivery in less than 30 minutes. Syncing bank accounts was seamless. The car arrived on time. It arrived with a chip in the windshield which was not notated on the order. The driver had it taken care of and a new windshield was replaced no hassle and 100% taken care of by carvana. I have to say I’m very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to bug my next car through carvana. More

I stumbled upon Carvana when I was car shopping for my son. He said he wanted to buy a car with no hassle, no salesperson, and no hours-long wait at the dealership. I said "Sorry, kid. You're never going to find that anywhere." Well, I found Carvana and I ate my words. It was an easy experience from start to finish. My coworkers were a little worried for me when I told them I bought a car online (yes, I ended up buying one for me, too) but when they realized I had a 7 day test drive they were impressed. And I love my car, so everything worked out great! More
