The entire Carvana process was great and convenient. It was one of the easiest buying experience I've had. The communication from them was excellent. Carvana doesn’t deserve my praises. I recently purchased a vehicle through this company and frankly what started as a great experience, has quickly soured me from doing business with this company again and a vehicle through this company and frankly what started as a great experience, has quickly soured me from doing business with this company again and potentially returning this car and doing business elsewhere. I received a 2014 Ford Flex, Everything seemed well, went through the normal procedures and everything went okay so I signed for the car and that was that. My wife and I were going through the interior of the car when we lifted the second-row seats (it has 3rd-row seating) to find a large amount of dog hair underneath, in between, and on the seats. With the coup de grace being dog feces found underneath the seats. So obviously being infuriated at the lack of care that this was passed by an inspector and the fact that this made it to my house in this condition. I called the 1-800 number and was ultimately offered a $100 check for the inconvenience. Now I don't wish to fault the gentleman I talked to, he is not the top dog in this and did what he could. But please tell me how you would feel if you went in to buy a car with the company that says "this is a new way to buy a car" and you find dog xxxx in the car and then they offer you $100 dollars to fix an inconceivable xxxx up. So this is where I'm at. Covering the cost of detailing does not fix this experience nor does it begin to consider the experience of the customer. I promised to buy purchase a car from you, I was promised it passed this "amazing" 150 point inspection and was promised this amazing experience, but I was lied to. My only other option was to return the car and buy a new one. Why should I be disadvantaged because of Carvanas mistake. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them!!!!! More
It truly was a wonderful buying experience and I was very happy with the car selection available to me. Getting the correct information about the car and yes knowing I had 7 days to have the car tested and d happy with the car selection available to me. The car was everything I was looking for in buying. The best part was having it delivered and my Carvana Advocate (Sadly I can't remember his name. I feel so bad right now) was outstanding in his delivery of my car and staying to take the time to go over the car with me. We did find some minor things that were wrong but he was able to document them for me and Carvana took care of them. It was kind of fun watching the neighbors come out to watch the delivery. The Ford Fusion was exactly what was pictured and now it's mine! More
I would have seriously given CarVana a 5 star rating. All of the folks I dealt with were extremely friendly & helpful in every way except for the "Repair Department". I received my vehicle on time as promised and, it was exactly as pictured with the exception of the missing chrome tie-downs at the front of the bed. I contacted the repair department and after reviewing the case, they stated that "As Indicated On The Website" the chrome hooks were a "Removable Item" and that "Not All Removable Items Would Be Present". I wrote back again asking them to clarify how the buyer was supposed to know exactly what comes with the vehicle & what does not, and I never received an answer. I think that it is extremely deceptive & petty on the part of Carvana to picture a vehicle with "Removable Items" and then remove these Items before delivery. This is especially true when we are not able to see, touch & drive the vehicle before you click "Purchase" like you would in a conventional dealership. Otherwise, my experience with Carvana was amazing! The F-150 Ford Pick-Up I purchased looks & runs great. More

Overall great experience for both selling and buying a vehicle. They offered me almost $5k more than what local dealers offered on a car I bought new and ended up hating. I was able to walk away from that vehicle. They offered me almost $5k more than what local dealers offered on a car I bought new and ended up hating. I was able to walk away from that without taking a loss thanks to Carvana. And I got a great deal on a used car as well. The process was so easy, it seems too good to be true! More
It is not easy to buy a car from you people, every day I receive an email asking me for more documents. Not very pleased with my experience. I had to wait 4 weeks for my car and no one ever called me about any status. I called every 3 days and no one could tell me a status, I talked to about 5 different people and all of them said the same thi me about any status. I called every 3 days and no one could tell me a status, I talked to about 5 different people and all of them said the same thing, “I’m really sorry but we can’t get a hold of the carrier assigned, I will attach myself to this thread and we should have an update for you tomorrow. I will personal call you with an update.” No one never called and one no really seemed concerned that the car and the driver were missing. But they were really polite while not knowing anything. More
