It is cute that Carvana/Silverrock will not charge me the $50. What about the fact that I have no vehicle to use until next week sometime when my car is repaired? There is no compensation or any answer to a review that will change any of this for me. It actually pisses me off that I even have to deal with INCOMPETENCE and Carvanas lack of oversight when receiving cars to resale to all these consumers who will not have the foresight or financial ability to purchase the $3025 warranty so that they are covered. So I did my part as a consumer in leaving my review in hopes that others have these cars inspected within the 7 days for any issues. Carvana, a suggestion...you need to revisit your entire inspection process. You can not cut corners to save a dollar and screw a customer after 7 days. You need to go after those they sold you this car and future cars and require them to be PROPERLY INSPECTED. You should have TRAINED PEOPLE doing the inspections on your end as well. This way you can charge even more for your vehicles BUT at least the consumer is getting a SOLID car for their money!
