Carvana was by far the BEST car buying experience of my adult life. This is the third car I've purchased and I will never go to a "traditional dealership" ever again. Easiest car buying experience I ever had. Ordered the car on a Sunday evening, got a call from Carvana stating they needed some more documentation, which I promptly sent. Car was delivered on Wednesday, car on a Sunday evening, got a call from Carvana stating they needed some more documentation, which I promptly sent. Car was delivered on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving 2020. My 2011 Toyota Camry was spotless. It looked brand new. Interior was clean and spotless, exterior recently painted. I brought the car to my mechanic who said it was in great condition and I had gotten a great deal on it. There were some minor issues getting the car registered. I kept getting emails and text messages stating documentation was required and a packet was sent to me to sign and return. I had never received the packet. I called Carvana and they stated that the documentation was needed from the local Carvana dealer and not me. It took some time for that documentation exchange, due to Christmas. Not a big deal but I kept getting emails and was threatened with legal action if I didn't return the docs immediately. Each time I called to ask about it I spoke with very nice people who assured me I have nothing to worry about. I was informed once my temp plate expired a new one would automatically be generated on that day. However, that did not happen. I called Carvana to get a new plate generated and was told they aren't automatically generated any more and it would take 24-48 hours for them to generate a new one for me. This was not acceptable as I had to get my son to work and couldn't drive my car. I was placed on hold for a few minutes, then the gentleman came back and said he found someone who could generate the plate immediately and to refresh my portal. I did so and there was the plate. Printed it and I was legal again. My real plates came a week later -- and interestingly enough, when the 2nd temp plate expired I got notification that a new temp plate had been automatically generated.? Well, I had my permanent plate so I didn't need it. I paid for the car in cash and I am receiving the title in the mail today, which will end the pleasant experience I had purchasing this vehicle from Carvana. I would most definitely purchase from Carvana again. More
For starters...the overall process of getting a car this way was really great! For future buyers PAY ATTENTION TO THIS...I found the exact car I was looking for; a 2014 Audi Q7. I just like this year more than the newer ones and I was paying cash. Again the process was great selecting and easy to follow all the way through the paperwork and picking the delivery/pick up date. I had a trade-in which you are not going to get anything close to Kelly blue book for your trade-in so DON’T EXPECT MUCH. Side note: I did decide to go ahead and purchase the Carvanacare premier protection warranty that covers the entire car from bumper to bumper and wheels and tires for an extra $3000 I went to pick up my Audi and leave my Aspen on 3/10. Then the issues started. As I prepared for my test drive, the car was freshly wet on the inside and the detail job was HORRIBLE. As I leave to test drive after a couple of miles there is a TPMS malfunction code that comes down. Also in the ‘150 point inspection,’ it said that the front rotors were replaced but I had to push the brake almost to the floor to stop with the supercharged 333hp engine. I also noticed that the front camera was cracked. I not too worried as I had already planned to take the car to an Audi dealer to have a diagnostic done on it before my 7 days were up. (This I HIGHLY recommend you do!) Mind you NONE of these issues were in the inspection report besides him the brake rotors. On 3/12 I make it to the Audi dealer. With this third-party warranty through Silverrock, they only listed Meineke care centers for service on an Audi???? That’s because they want to pay as little for whatever work is done and throw on some cheap parts that will likely fail again. Now check this out...not only did the initial service guy call xx on the front brake rotors being replaced but two other service people came over to the car and said the same thing!!! They even said the tears where pitted as well. So after two hours at the dealer Silver rock is trying to get the Audi parts and labor for as cheap as they can. I think they were purposely trying to upset the service guy to the point that Audi didn’t want to do the work. The next day Jason the Audi service guy calls and says they traced down the TPMS malfunction light and a module for the air ride system had malfunctioned and caused the compressor to overwork and it stopped working!!! None of this was found by Carvana. xxxx, they noted a paint chip on the hood right above the front camera that was cracked but didn’t fix or list it as damaged! Jason said they looked the car over and used their code reader besides the things they know about, didn’t see any other issues. So now had I not gotten this 12 months/90,000-mile warranty this car would have been returned immediately!!! What a shame that Caravana was willing to pass this car on to me or whomever as is with a carfax and ‘150 point inspection’ as GOOD and take $22,000! More

There was a delay in delivery, but I was notified in a timely manner and was able to pick another time that worked for me. They have kept in contact along the way and I like the option to text if you have any questions or concerns. Karen was friendly when she dropped my car off and explained everything as I was signing and wiped down the inside before handing the car off to me. I’m very pleased with the whole process and will definitely suggest Carvana in the future to those car shopping. More
Extremely unhappy with my experience so far. To start, my original purchase was for a Nissan Rogue. Not understanding why this would be when I thought all those issues should have been worked out befor delivery, I figured I'd better get a different vehicle altogether. So I found my Eclipse Cross instead. Spoke to a rep to get it swapped out. The downpayment was $100 more than the Rouge, the rep said they would just take the difference for the downpayment. I get the Eclipse and there's issues with that car as well that I have to pay a $50 copay and on top of that they double charge my business checking account for the downpayment instead of taking the difference. Now I'm overdrawn $500+ and still have no resolution... More
Excellent purchase price. Small crack on windshield that was rapidly replaced. However, truck had an oil leak coming from drain pipe. Nissan dealer fixed at no charge.
