Easiest car purchase Inhave ever made for a car. I got exactly what was depicted and described. The only change I would make would be to disclose whether the vehicle had been smoked in. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the machine that brings your car to you was broken and I was looking forward to that experience. Another thing when I picked up my car it was jot detailed at all that brings your car to you was broken and I was looking forward to that experience. Another thing when I picked up my car it was jot detailed at all the tires were dirty and dusty the exterior was dirty. The window tint was on the car was removed due to state inspections and I’m assuming they used windex for the removal of the window tint the car smelled like it was flooded with windex spray and there was residue all over the seats and window. My entire ride home the scent of the window gave me a headache. More
Buying the car was easy, out of market delivery was a nightmare. Car showed up with dry rotted tires along with some other issues. After many calls and 2 days later, carvana finally made it right. I would recommend buying from carvana, I do not recommend out of market delivery. Also carvana needs to improve customer service. It was much more difficult trying to resolve the problem because I always spoke to a different “advocate”. Some were knowledgeable , others was clueless. I had to be very diligent to make any advocate understand the issues with the car. If I had picked the car up at a vending machine , I could have refused the car. The out of market delivery allowed the same but I would have lost $599 (delivery fee). So if the team doing the “150 point “ inspection would have done their job, then this all would have been avoided. So don’t believe everything you read about the cars and their inspection. I continue to deal with other issues that is covered by the manufacture warranty Which should have been taken care of before I received the car. More
I ended up returning the car after the 7 day test drive period. There was nothing wrong with it, but I decided the payment would be to high each month for me to manage. The car is great, I love it. great consumer service. However, the advocate follow-up is waiting too long. Also, it would be a better experience if Carvana could do a better inspection and detail job. My car delivery was delayed because of the battery issue. Then I found out I need new brakes and new tires during my test drive the next day. I have to go to the designated facility to replace all my parts. Fortunately, it did not cost me anything and the process was pretty easy. I also had to deep clean the whole car. Overall, it is a great way to buy a car and very simple. More

Overall a solid experience but unfortunately not the one advertised. Beware that if you don’t live in their network, it won’t be delivered to your front door without paying the same thing you would pay any advertised. I honed in on 2012 to 2014 Honda CR-V as I need a vehicle to flat tow behind my motorhome. The process was easy from start to finish. My car was delivered right to my door by a pleasant, helpful young man. I have been driving it for a week now and I’m quite happy with my purchase. One note; the plastic temporary tag on back came off within 2 days..Maybe it needs to be attached better. More
