I have reached out to customer service multiple times about the problem and every single time I get told oh well it’s up to some random stranger to mail us back your tag... until they do your just screwed because we at Carvana don’t really care because it’s not our legal and financial reputation on the line right now it’s yours and clearly we just don’t care about the customer that we at Carvana screwed over at all..... I mean that’s a summary of what gets said....
