My experience was not great. I spent a total of five hours on hold. I was lost several times. And only 2 advocates actually call me back. Buying the car was easy, and it only took about 20 minutes to go from picking one out to making a purchase, including getting through financing. Now for the nightmare; when they deliver a car to yo minutes to go from picking one out to making a purchase, including getting through financing. Now for the nightmare; when they deliver a car to you that needs a LOT of work and even though you're in your 7 days trial, they just give you the run-around between them and a company called SilverRock (who are terrible). Here's what my car needed even after their 150 point inspection: to be clear, Carvana and SilveRock have given me the run around for over a week, conveniently longer my 7 day trial, claiming that none of this is neither of their problem, even though they told me that they'd cover fixing any issues it needed that were found in the 7 days: * Coolant Flush * Rear brakes replaced - They delivered it with brakes that are scraping and completely shot, a safety hazard! * Brake fluid service needed The engine also misfires, which is worrisome, and surprisingly not caught in their "inspection" so it needs: * Spark plugs recommended for misfire * Fuel Injection service due to misfire Be aware of this before making a purchase, and if possible see if someone can give you a full report mechanically of the vehicle before you buy one. More
The vehicle was filthy inside & out when it arrived. The process was rather difficult & there were & has not been any instructions as to anything to do with the vehicle. My car wasn’t delivered on the set date. Delivery driver scraped the whole side on a tree and left deep scratches. Was delivered in disgusting condition. Dog hair, grit and stickiness covered the interior. First day i had it the check engine light came on and the brakes were squeaking. Currently in the shop for a complete instrument cluster replacement. sales and service were great. Regardless, I’m Not happy on how it was delivered and that I’ve barely had it a week and it’s already in the shop. So now I’m with out a car. More

My husband and I got tired of driving around looking at advertised cars that were not there and decided to give Carvana a try. We never bought a used car with so much background as was provided with our car, With the Carfax report we were comfortable that the car was not in a flood area or salted snow highway. Carvana was a pleasure to deal with, CS reps were helpful & accommodating. I really wish that they used another company for financing, I have to call every month ask to get extra payment used on principle in & accommodating. This is an headache since I work 5 & 6 day weeks, at the end of the day I don't really want to deal with Bridgecrest. Just to get my payment adjusted, it's as if they don't want the principle reduced. From all I have read about them they follow predatory lending practices. I was quoted a rate no higher than 9.89 in the end after having to redo the loan due to damage on my 1st choice of vehicle, they slipped in a 10.89 rate. My fault because they had done that on the 1st vehicle & reduced it when I called but got me the 2nd time. Over all my experience with Carvana was favorable. The car I got, I'm more than happy with & I didn't have to deal with a slimy salesman. Will refinance it in a couple of months. I would definitely use Carvana again but this time I would bring my own financing through my CU. More
