Pros: The purchase and delivery processes were very easy and efficient. When I wanted to exchange the first car I purchased because I wasn't satisfied with it, they made the process simple and quick. Cons: The first car I purchased had obviously been smoked in and during the detailing process they tried to cover the smell with fragrance. It was awful. I feel if a car has previously been smoked in, it should be disclosed prior to buying because for most people that would be a deal breaker. In addition to the odor in the first car, it was also missing a spare tire and one of the key FOBs had a dead battery. Just a lack of attention to detail in my opinion. All that being said, the second car I received is awesome! I'm super happy with it. And I would most likely use Carvana again despite the initial issue I had with my first car. More

This has been the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was pre-qualified for financing so I knew exactly what cars were in my budget and what I would have to put down, and once I went thr I’ve ever had. My only negative was my car was delayed delivery (from a Friday to a Monday) due to the car not being in the expected pick up location.
