This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Carvana and in 2 different states, we have done both delivery as well as picking it up at the vending machine. I don't have to haggle, I know what I'm getting with them and everything is clear nothing hidden or snuck in at the last minute. I love getting to test drive for 7 days and really decide if it's a good fit. Every time what I thought I wanted the first time we changed our mind on and swamped for a different vehicle. Having that peace of mind is just amazing. Best car buying experience hands down. And Ty who delivered both cars this time was SO polite kind and professional. More
Major Glitches on their website, Bought a car twice that wasn't available. My credit was run each time that I had to purchase the car. Then after all of that headache. All of the older models of the car we wasn't available. My credit was run each time that I had to purchase the car. Then after all of that headache. All of the older models of the car we wanted ended up selling out and we had to get a newer model and spend more than we wanted each month and put a higher down payment so the monthly payments wouldn't hurt us. Then, again after all this headache and stress. They couldn't find the car we purchased and wasn't in the right area so it delayed shipment. Customer service was spotty, and a majority of the time was not responding nor knew what was going on. We ended up getting the vehicle AFTER traveling half way to meet them so I wouldn't have to pay an additional $500 dollars to ship it to my home. The carrier service that handled our car and delivery were amazing. I was unaware that they were two separate facilities and made me look like I was insane because of no relay again to and from these places. Everything was handled very nonchalant and was made to feel like I didn't deserve any more or less from what we had as an experience. The only amazing customer service I experiences was from the delivery team side when we met to get the car. They included a cute basket in the back seat because it was a couple days from my birthday. Overall i'm hoping this was a good purchase as far as the car goes.. only time will tell. More

The vehicle arrived with multiple damages that were not listed. Was very disappointed about this. Later found out that the damages would be covered at no cost for me (yay). I have come to realize that it's not as good as it sounds. Their partner silverrock is a JOKE. They make you do all the leg work for your repairs, even though it's not your responsibility to continue to reach out to mechanics for fixes that were not listed. Also, they continue to keep delaying my repairs because the mechanic isn't giving the information they need. I am NOT going to continue to put in work for repairs that I am not responsible for. I did not cause these damages. I was not aware of these when purchasing. Why should I have to keep driving over there/calling the mechanic to get more information. It should be done by silverrock, not me. Very disappointed with Carvana. More
I really enjoyed the process of picking out and purchasing the vehicle online. I will say I was rather upset as the vehicle was very dirty and had a few worn marks on interior. Also I had to change my insurance policy on delivery because they wouldn't honor my old policy as I wasn't the "policy owner". And then the registration has been a mess as I had to pay for a vin inspection and pay for notary. And my temporary plates are about to expire. I will say that the customer service and delivery driver was very pleasant to work with. More
