Had a bad experience with my car purchase. Car was delayed not only by a week but then multiple times the day of delivery, it arrived in filthy condition with dog hair and several potent air freshener delayed not only by a week but then multiple times the day of delivery, it arrived in filthy condition with dog hair and several potent air fresheners to cover up the smell. Carvana was a hassle to work with. They had a great experience up until the point that I filled out the online form. Then, the problems started. They consistently didn't know how to work with my stat experience up until the point that I filled out the online form. Then, the problems started. They consistently didn't know how to work with my state (Massachusetts), and kept asking for paperwork from me and my insurance company. I provided the requested paperwork at least 4 times. They called me multiple times trying to get the same questions answered. The operator told me they were all working 60+ hours/week trying to meet their workload, so I'm not surprised that the team doesn't have time to talk to each other--Carvana appears to be very poorly managed. In short, I bought a good car from Carvana, and I'm happy with the car, but be prepared for a highly disorganized process around actually receiving it. More
Car poorly cleaned on the inside, windows smeared, and outside had dried wax splashed on it. I have already had problems twice with steering wheel locking up.
