Well you have fixed nothing. Your generic "we apologize" response is exactly what I have come to expect from Carvana, I would call you with my lingering comments and concerns but I don't want to wait on line forever just to hear "We are working from home because of Corona crap". Waiting and waiting for a response from you guys is a direct failure on your part NOT Corona, that is what emails and cell phones are made for, To Speed Things Up! I hope this does not delay my license plates or registration, BUT you folks need to hear this. Don
