My purchase went smooth. I put in an alert for what car I was looking for, they sent me an email when a car became available, the price was very good and i bought it. The financing was very easy. Car was delivered the next week and the defects on the car finish they listed on the website were very very small. The only problem I have is when the car was checked out I have a leaking shock. Their warranty company said they may cover it and I will find out next week. If they cover it them I am a totally happy customer. More

This was the best car purchase experience by far, to the point that I won't ever purchase through a traditional dealer again. The car was delivered 4 days later and was more beautiful than the pics advertised. I did get an inspection on the car at the Mercedes dealership and there was a problem with the brakes and rotors. I was worried because they were excluded from the limited warranty that it wouldn't be covered, but with no problems, the brakes were fixed. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, my experience and hope everyone will find their perfect car like I did through Carvana. More

When everything was all set and It was time to pick up my new ride, I spent 10 minutes max at the actual carvana location. The car was clean inside and out. It was given to me exactly how I expected it except for one thing. This one apparently did not come with floor mats, but the carvana associate quickly recognized and offered to have brand new floor mats delivered to my house. I just finished the 7day trial, carvana texted me beforehand to make sure everything was going well. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Carvana for not only a vehicle I feel I can trust but also the ease of the process. Skip the dealership! More
