We would like to apologize that there were more cosmetic imperfections than what was notated on our site. Currently, we notate imperfections that fall outside of our standards and anything additional is considered to be regular wear for a used vehicle. However, it sounds like these additional imperfections were a bit more severe than our usual standards and for that we are sincerely sorry. There is absolutely no excuse for the experience you had upon receiving your vehicle, and we are so sorry for the additional inconveniences that occurred while trying to get the vehicle repaired. You guys are just lucky that FINALLY, after DAYS of waiting, the warranty company that works on behalf of you guys, SilverRock I believe, decided to cover the costs of my repairs. I took my vehicle to a body shop. The amount of additional damage my vehicle received DURING delivery wound up costing a hefty fee of 1.5 THOUSAND dollars to repair. If that hadn't been covered, you guys would have 0 stars right now. And of course they waited until AFTER my 7 day trial was up to even look at my case in the first place. I had submitted photos of the damages the vehicle had received on the day of delivery during delivery and didn't hear back from Silver Rock for three days. Thereafter, they didn't authorize anything until literally yesterday. For reference, it has already been a week and two days since when I first submitted the photos. Not cool at all. Oh yeah, and i'm STILL missing my second key!!! Dang it what will it take for I to receive my second key?! Sorry Carvana, but as it stands, my review isn't changing. Have a nice day!
