I will never buy a car in person again. Many vehicles to choose from and all the “flaws” pictures were spot on. I changed my financing option 2 days before delivery (got my own financing) and they got all t choose from and all the “flaws” pictures were spot on. I changed my financing option 2 days before delivery (got my own financing) and they got all that switched over the phone in less than 5 minutes and kept the same delivery date. On delivery the car was on time, clean, full of fuel and as described. Delivery guy was very patient while I took my time inspecting and driving the car. He encouraged me to take my time. No pushy obnoxious salesman trying to push me into a car that wasn’t what I wanted. They even gave me more for my trade in than the local stealership was going to. More
This was by far my most pleasant car buying experience ever. Totally professional from start of process all the way through delivery and registration process. We initially purchased a Toyota 4runner which was an awesome vehicle, just not our vibe so we contacted carvana and they immediately gave us the option of a full return or swap. This my third vehicle purchased from Carvana. Overall, all three have been a positive experience. The first was near perfect. The second was a disaster. There were many issues, however, the did take care of the issues. My biggest disappointment with my recent purchase was that there were many undisclosed scratches. Not your normal wear scratches but deep and unique scratches (perfect circle) when I pointed them out I was told that "Those are within our standards for normal wear". I was also upset that these were not disclosed as they were when I purchased my first car though Carvana. The standards seem too be dropping. They are taking care of one if the scratches and some other issues but I forsee in the near future they won't be as accommodating. I love the no hassle purchasing and delivery to my front door. The trade in was hassle free too. All my vehicles have been in good mechanical shape. So, minus a few issues and declining disclosure of physical problems I'd still recommend buying from Carvana. More

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the day before I was schedule to receive the car, I was told there had been a logistics issue and the earliest it could arrive was 4 days later. This mad day before I was schedule to receive the car, I was told there had been a logistics issue and the earliest it could arrive was 4 days later. This made for an inconvenience on my end since I had already setup insurance for the new vehicle. The delivery process was great though and so was the trade-in process so I would definitely buy from them again. More

I went through Carvana to purchase a new car. I have lots of wonderful things to say about it: - I was able to use a filter to find exactly what I want and needed - They had pretty good options for everyth of wonderful things to say about it: - I was able to use a filter to find exactly what I want and needed - They had pretty good options for everything I was looking at - Delivery service was better than expected and the communication with the girl who delivered my car was excellent The only reason I am giving them 3/5 stars is because after I purchased my car, I really expected better customer support. I had SO MANY questions and was really frustrated that for the amount of money I spent (arguably many people's biggest splurge for a long time span), I was not assigned a success manager or even given a contact of somebody I could reach out to with all of my questions. When I did try customer support hotline, the wait for the 5/5 times that I called was 30+ minutes which, with all due respect, is very frustrating considering I have spent less time waiting on hold for things that I spent $100 on versus the $25,000 I spent on my car. Overall, I'm happy with the car. It's as described, runs great and they sent me everything via mail that I need. I did not have to make a trip to the DMV and that makes me very happy. However, I'd love to see a better customer success experience for future buyers, as it's a large investment and with such, the expectation for world class customer support is much higher. More
The buying process was easy and seamless. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the car was not detailed and has more scratches than those disclosed. The driver-side front window has some scratches that were not shown on pictures, but I already have an appointment to have it replaced and it will be covered by the warranty. It was a little disappointing getting a dirty car delivered, which by the way, I'm still trying to remove the cigarette smell. As part of my effort to get rid of the odor, I replaced a filthy cabin filter. Makes me wonder about the "150-point inspection" More
