Easiest way I’ve ever bought a car. I had heard some discussion about poor prices and low trade in values when using Carvana, but this was not my experience. I bought a 2018 Focus RS with 2200 miles discussion about poor prices and low trade in values when using Carvana, but this was not my experience. I bought a 2018 Focus RS with 2200 miles on it. The price was comparable to what Ford dealers charge for them in the rare event one of these cars actually turns up for sale, but most of those have more miles, so I obviously can’t complain about that. The car was clean, exactly as described on the website, and I was given an opportunity to take it for a test drive before accepting delivery. I traded in a 2014 Focus ST with 85,000 miles on it. I got $1,000 more than a Subaru dealership had offered me for trade on it - over $10,500. In theory I could have sold it private party for a couple thousand more but I didn’t have any hassle with Carvana. They gave me an estimate online, the employee who took it did a test drive and inspection to make sure I had accurately represented its condition, and we were done. I DID have to go pick my car up, but considering that we’d had awful weather the night before and half the people in the area were blocked into their neighborhoods by fallen trees, I’m not going to hold this against anyone. These are fairly rare cars so I was not planning on returning it, but the money-back guarantee and warranty provide good peace of mind. The online purchase process and pickup scheduling were very simple. There are no hoops to jump through. Carvana’s financing offer was not competitive with my credit Union’s, but it was in line with what dealerships usually offer. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, everyone I dealt with from Carvana was very pleasant, laid back, and easy to work with. Patrick in Knoxville (whose last name I forget) was great. More

I really loved this experience. I was able to view multiple makes and models to get a better idea of exactly what I wanted. From there I used the filters to find my perfect car. I completely understand that things happen, but then having to reschedule other things, and complete the paperwork again becomes frustrating....especially when you are excited about your first practically brand new car purchase. I would use again a s recommend to friends, but make sure they understand the delivery date may be delayed. More
