I never thought I’d buy a car sight unseen but it turned out well. We were slightly unnerved to experience a 2-3 week delay after we initially scheduled delivery. I appreciated the detail online of any blemishes with the car, however, there were more things we discovered once the car arrived - all of which are being addressed which we appreciate. Overall we are happy and are keeping the car. It does seem that Carvana sold my email address which is a bit of a pain but I’ll just unsubscribe to everything. Delivery driver was great. The warranty company has been ok to work with but since we have a higher-end German car we had to find our own spot for repair and pay a deductible. More

I had a great experience with Carvana. The only little hiccup was on the day of delivery. The representative called me to notify my the car was to low for their truck.
