I enjoyed the process of buying a car through Carvana. I would do it again. I filled out everything online and had Financing and everything in about an hour or so. Even when I changed my mind,and decided t would do it again. I filled out everything online and had Financing and everything in about an hour or so. Even when I changed my mind,and decided to go with my Credit Union, there still wasn't a problem. All the representatives were kind, respectful, and very helpful from the time I started the process until and including the time I picked up the car. The complaint I had was calling them on the phone, the wait time was a little ridiculous. One time I was waiting on the phone for well over an hour. Then there were times when a prompt would come on and ask if you would like a call back which they should have available all the time. Other than that I was very pleased with the service and the process and I would do it again! More
