My recent purchase is the third vehicle I have purchased from Carvana. The first two purchases were great experiences. I selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, gave the Carvana rep the contact informa from Carvana. The first two purchases were great experiences. I selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, gave the Carvana rep the contact information of my financial institution and representative, they worked out all of the details and my vehicles were delivered on the date and time they were scheduled/promised. Great Service!! This last purchase was nothing like the first two...........a HUGE disappointment. I had to work out all of the details (which weren't very clear in most instances) between Carvana and my financial institution and my attempts to contact Carvana reps resulted in very lengthy On-Hold times (30-45 min. each time, and there were several). After a great deal of frustration and almost reaching the point of canceling my order, I was finally able to talk with a Carvana Rep (Taylor) who provided great customer service in assisting me with finalizing the order. Unfortunately my frustration didn't end there. The delivery of the vehicle was 1.5 hours past the time I was given that it would be delivered. Granted, the rep did call to say she would be late, about 30 minutes before the original scheduled time, and then she was 20 minutes later arriving than the second arrival time she gave me. She did not call to let me know she would be later. As a result, I was very late arriving for a co-workers retirement dinner celebration. I way also told when she delivered the vehicle that the tag on the vehicle I was trading in would be delivered to my home two days later. It was not. I made several phone calls to her cell phone #, which were not answered, left a message and did not receive a return call. I finally was able to reach her the day after the tag was promised to be delivered and she did return the tag that day. However, the entire process of delivering the vehicle and returning my tag was a very good example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was given excuse after excuse as to why the deliver of the vehicle was late and why she did not return my attempted phone calls. I understand that things happen and things get delayed. However, a timely phone call and a response to a voicemail that is left by a customer who has a concern as to why something has not been done as he/she was told it would be is simply Good Customer Service and Common Courtesy!! I am, however, very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. More

The ease of purchasing a vehicle from Carvana is unmatched. I literally looked online and read every detail about several cars before deciding and it was the easiest thing in the world to do. Picked the car, filled out loan paperwork, chose a delivery date and boom, done! The delivery person was so friendly and kind and Carvana checked in on me during the 7 day test drive period to see if there were any questions or concerns. I will probably never buy another car at a traditional dealer. Thank you Carvana! More

The purchasing process was easy. However, I was delivered a car that had a VERY APPARENT transmission issue. Customer service was more than disappointing. They did not care the car spent time in the shop, would not extend anything, would not help me with anything. The solution they gave me was return the car. What? After I arranged to have it looked at and fixed and dealt with that hassle thats your only solution? Total joke. Disappointed beyond belief in how customer service handled it. The second I got in the car to drive (which was after the delivery driver left, never gave me a chance to even test drive it) I noticed INSTANTLY there was an issue with the transmission. I expected more from customer service. I expected to have someone reach out and see what the issues were, help me extended my 7 day test drive, the warranty for a transmission I may end up needing to do more work with. All around disappointed. More
Everything was great but i feel like they cut the 7 day period off more than 24 hours early. Whatever the fine print, that seemed pretty uncool. Carvana - what can I say? I will never go back to a "regular" dealership again. I cannot believe how easy it was. I have talked you guys up from the start and I will continue to tell everyone I know "regular" dealership again. I cannot believe how easy it was. The hardest part was picking out the vehicle I wanted. 60 month or 110k mile warranty? Yes, please! Low downpayment? - yes please! Easy, communicative, no surprises - a completely wonderful experience and we will definitely return when we decide on another car. More
