Worst experience ever!!! First, Supposedly, Carvana does a "strict 150 point inspection". Then how did I get a vehicle with a tire that had a chunk of sidewall missing. Furthermore, their partner SilverRock a "strict 150 point inspection". Then how did I get a vehicle with a tire that had a chunk of sidewall missing. Furthermore, their partner SilverRock is horrendous! I followed their instructions and went to their approved shop to have said tire replaced (Pep Boys in Chula Vista, CA - 1000 Tierra Del Rey). The Pep Boy representative Adrian did not have a clue what SilverRock was and when I tried to tell him its through Cavana, he was even more lost. I asked to speak to the manager and Adrian ignored me so I asked his coworker next to me and he said, "He's busy boss". At this point I asked for my keys and again asked for the manager. The manager Mario finally came to talk to me and he was the only one who knew what SilverRock was and he said its not going to be fast, its a long process. Mario was as rude and unprofessional as he could possibly be along with his staff. I called SilverRock and spoke to a supervisor and she just made excuses for them. She said they probably have a high turn around and have a bunch of new employees. Well I don't know about Cavana, but if I had a partnership with a company, you best bet your bottom dollar that any company that works with me would ensure that their chosen contractors would at least recognize the company name. Lastly, I had enough and informed Carvana that I wanted to get my trade in vehicle back and have them take away the new vehicle. The swap was scheduled for today but I was contacted by a Carvana representative and my trade in vehicle was no where to be found on the lot, Now its just a HOT MESS!!! Be afraid, be very afraid of using Carvana!!! More

Very easy to find what I was looking for in a vehicle. Priced below KBB and didn’t have to haggle plus no hidden fees! Love the 7 day trial. Great customer service and friendliness. Unfortunately I got a lemon and with issues and problems. First truck I got had transmission slipping. I got 2nd car, but got it dirty, after wash, the windshield n got a lemon and with issues and problems. First truck I got had transmission slipping. I got 2nd car, but got it dirty, after wash, the windshield needed to be replaced. Engine mount cracked needed to be replaced. All in the process of replacement but at the end of the day, the hassle, irritating inconvenience to get things done. I am not sure what's the process of 150 point of inspection. Seems never happened or someone just marked it up as pass. Once the 7 days expired, "times up".....you are on your own. More
