The process for first car I had confirmed to buy was a disaster. I went through all the steps, confirmed a pickup time and everything was apparently set. Sooooo not the case. I show up at my agreed time - as per the email I got from Carvana - and my car isn’t there. The sales people are not even sure what I’m doing there. They have no appointment for me. They check the stock number for my car after confirming it purchased through my own carvana app on my phone, and let me know the car is in another state, and has actually started to process a sale to a different customer. I have two salespeople at this point explaining to me that it’s a glitch and they apologize left and right —but to me, at the end of it all, it’s my problem and they can’t help. My Carvana app shows the vehicle is in my “Owned” cars section, I have the emails with confirmations of financial records approved, pickup time approved but still, no luck, no car. I paid for Uber to bring me to the pickup, but they did pay for my Uber to get back home, so that’s a plus? I was promised several times that this was unheard of and they would have their Resolution team get in touch with me within 24hours. Guess what, zero calls or emails about this issue. They told me on site that I’d still have a chance at this car because it wasn’t final yet and Resolution would do what they could to figure things out, and they took responsibility for the problem, assured me I was a priority, but I never head a thing again from anyone. I decided days later that it was a lost cause and found a different car, which is the one I ended up purchasing and reviewing here. I found a great deal at first and spent nearly $6,000 more for a very similar car because I literally couldn’t wait any longer More

Carvana is AWESOME!! It really is the new and best way to buy a car. I would never waste time anywhere else ever again. Carvana does not live up to their own hype! They have a rep. for not registering your vehicle on time and that's what they did to me! They have no cust. service! It was a lovely buying experience. Very fast and friendly service. Only hiccup is that my registration will take 45 days after 7 day trial to get to me. And I use my vehicle for work. Without actual plates, I can't use my personal vehicle. Which put me out of work for 3 more weeks ( and 3 payckecks) than I was ready for. Even though I was told by several Carvana employees I could skip the 7 day trial, in the end I couldn't. More
