First, let me state that the people who work for Carvana are great--very helpful and friendly. However, the company falls short on many levels. There are many instances in the process where the company claims that a representative will contact you within 24 hours so you can get to the next phase in the process. Forget it—it’s not going to happen. If there is anything pending, you must take the initiative and call them to make any progress (and when you try, you’re placed on hold with the most annoying, loud music I’ve ever heard). Once you do contact someone, they will be very helpful and will take care of things. Their process makes you feel that there is no one over there managing/overseeing your purchase. Next, they don’t have a clue about electric vehicles, which is what I purchased. They have a 150 point inspection they claim to perform on every vehicle, but their checklist is for vehicles with internal combustion engines. Case in point—how do they ship an electric car without the charger that all electric vehicles come with (they did to me)? Also, why do they insist I need to have a completed emissions form for an electric car? A little training on their side would help a lot. Granted, electric vehicles are relatively new in the market place, but if they’re going to sell them, they should know what they’re doing. Though I’m happy with my purchase (they did pay for me to buy a charger), the process was frustrating and it seemed to needlessly drag out. I don’t know if other companies would do better, but there is surely much room for improvement with Carvana. More

Saved money, time, hassle, and negotiating with a local dealer and ended up with the best price and vehicle with Carvana. The only Con would be one's willingness to get the vehicle ASAP and negotiate with a dealer to get the vehicle quicker. We waited 3 weeks before our Honda was finally delivered. Pictures took 2 weeks. The rear tires were replaced and brake pads too so that took more time I think but certainly happy they caught that in the 150pt inspection. i.e. something you want to wait for repair. The vehicle was clean but not detailed to my standards. The paint needed to be clay bar'd, polish, and two coats of wax. The interior need a deep cleaning too. But I'm extremely picky and old school when it comes to detailing a car. It may be clean enough for many. The delivery was great, easy, simple, good communication with the person delivering. Very low stress situation. I suggest you get a OBD reader and the Torque app on your phone to run a diagnostic yourself to see if the vehicle has thrown any codes from the the ECU. It takes just a few minutes and will give you piece of mind that all the electrical systems on the car are working properly. Then, look under the vehicle for excessive rust or damage not many people do that. Run your finger in between panels to be sure they are evenly spaced i.e. not wrecked and fixed. If you are not comfortable doing this, take it to a mechanic and pay them $100 to do all of this. Anyone can inspect the cosmetic stuff yourself. Both vehicles I bought from Carvana had normal wear and tear and am overall happy with the transaction. I don't think I'll ever go buy a vehicle at the stealership again....i mean dealership sorry!?! I had used carvana after a trusted coworker had good experience with them and I would not buy from them again nor finance through their business partner (Bridgecrest) again due to the issues I have expe experience with them and I would not buy from them again nor finance through their business partner (Bridgecrest) again due to the issues I have experienced. Carvana was scheduled to deliver my new car on a Saturday, they texted me 2 hours before the delivery to inform me they weren't able to find the car in time for transport after texting me a reminder several times that week. I had to then try to contact my insurance to delay the car on my policy in order to not be charged an additional $400 for another vehicle. They finally did deliver a week later and were late coming. I thought that was the end of my issues but I have tried to contact the loan servicer that they work with to get a copy of my paperwork and it took them forever. I later found out that this company they work with has a 1.27 BBB rating. Not sure why they would associate with an abysmal company but it's definitely a black mark on their reputation. More
