I purchased my 2019 Hyundai Kona in September of 2020. It has been almost 8 months and I still do not have a permanent license plate and registration. I have called and spoken to people who said they would get back to me and they never do. I have used the text feature and the same response. I cannot apply for parking in my neighborhood in Chicago which leaves me with very limited parking and as we go into summer will prove even more difficult with the Cubs going back into season. The corporate negligence is atrocious. I have contacted the BBB, Consumer Affairs as well as CBS News to help rectify this matter since I'm getting nowhere with Carvana. No one is reaching out to me to reassure me or tend to this matter, my problem has fallen through the cracks. The pandemic is no longer an excuse for this behavior as the company continues to sell cars, create commercials and billboards to grow the company. After reading through the reviews on here and the internet, I am not alone in this problem. FIX THIS PROBLEM or take back the car and give me my money back! More
