When the car was delivered I told the driver that it was filthy and the Uconnect was not working. He wrote on his ipad and told me that someone will reach out to me. I don't hear a word from you guys in 7 day and now you want me to tell you how to do your job? Take care of the 3 recall issues, fix the uconnect issue, the needs a wheel alignment, change the cheap Walmart tires with something that has better traction and won't slip in a little bit of rain and change the air filter for the inside cab. Your so call 150-point inspection is a real joke.

Ive already contacted SilverRock and they are handling it. The problem is this car could NOT have gone through proper inspection with all the problems this car has come with. I knew about the scratches outside and the wear inside as expected But mechanical to the point lights flicker when moving the seat is unacceptable. My dream car came in worse condition than expected and these issues should have been caught during inspection, clearly inspection was xxxx poor. Ive bought from Carvana before and it was nothing but heaven, this purchase has been pure xxxx.
