The communication process from the time I completed online purchase to actual delivery was awful. 1st let me say that I LOVE my car! Also Carvana reps are very kind & professional. The guy that delivered my car was super sweet. He was just as excited as I was! It took over 3 wks to actually get my car. 1st was a "glitch" in the system that froze the process but from my end everything looked fine. Financing was done & docs signed but then no word from Carvana so I decided to call and just check in. Good thing I did because they had actually released the car for sale again. Rep couldnt explain how/why but was able to recover the purchase for me. I had to RE-SIGN new docs 😒 & delivery date set for 4/10. 4/9 late afternoon I got a text (not a call) message that the car would not be delivered. I called immediately to learn that the car had been "accidentally" left in Georgia (???) & that the next delivery date couldnt be until 4/20. A while 10 days more than I already waited! So I had RE-SIGN docs again with the new date. I had to cancel the insurance I purchased and just waited & prayed nothing else would go wrong. At this point I didnt trust in Carvana's process any longer so I called every day to be sure the car was actually on its way, contracts were still active and no "glitch" happening. It would have been nice if I could have counted on Carvana to do that extra check but instead I did it myself. On the morning of April 20th I received a phone call that my car was on its way to be delivered BUT that the mechanic heard a slight sound in the brakes and that I could reachedule delivery so it could be checked. REALLY!?! After all that time they called me the day of???? I refused to reset it again (or to RE-SIGN another set of docs) and opted to accept delivery and have the brakes checked after since costs are covered by Carvana. Still wish I wouldn't have had to do it. After all is said & done I do love my car 100%. Its in great shape. Not sure if I would use Carvana again though. My husband decided against buying his new car from Carvana last week because of my experience. Thats a bummer since I started the process with such high hopes & excitement to use Carvana. 😔 More

Very easy process from start to delivery. Easily filtered cars with miles and price that fit my needs. Nice and responsive representatives. Only hiccup I had was with using third party financing. Communication with bank and Carvana could have been smoother. All concerns were resolved with a few quick calls to my lender and Carvana. Honestly, I never thought I would buy using Carvana. All questions and concerns were answered on the website before the purchase. Delivery was on time. I have to say definitely a great experience. More

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Once the car was delivered it took maybe 10 minutes to sign paperwork. Most of the paperwork was already done online. This was the most enjoyable car buying expertience, but as the car got delivered it came down and got hit on something, the rear bumper has to have work now....ok that fine i love my car but taking if to c as the car got delivered it came down and got hit on something, the rear bumper has to have work now....ok that fine i love my car but taking if to collision repair and (telling them this is my only car) and they tell me i will need to pay for a rental...and they will remiburst later that sucked so i went through my ins to pay for the rental and now the ac is not blowing cool, they will repair this also but this is a 2020 i did not expect so many issues.
