I really don’t know where to start… so many issues over the past 2 weeks. Over 8 hours on the phone and text trying to get answers and redoing the same tasks over and over and over again. Would have saved the past 2 weeks. Over 8 hours on the phone and text trying to get answers and redoing the same tasks over and over and over again. Would have saved so much time going to a dealer. All employees were very nice but do not communicate with each other and do not follow up. I am an easy going person, but the lack of communication and misinformation was too much to handle. I cannot recommend them to anyone. More

The online shopping experience was awesome and straightforward. As others have warned, the post transaction process is not as transparent and requires a lot of patience. The delivery date they adv straightforward. As others have warned, the post transaction process is not as transparent and requires a lot of patience. The delivery date they advertise is not going to be available when you go to schedule. It seems like they do not communicate very well between departments (finance, customer service, delivery) and do not update you on what else you need to complete for your order to be finalized. I talked to multiple representatives who all told me I was good to go, until I got a notification the morning of my scheduled delivery saying it was being moved because they needed more information from me. With that being said, everyone I talked to at Carvana was very friendly and seemed to be doing the best they could to answer my questions. I love my new Truck and am very happy I chose Carvana over the local dealership. The trade in process was really smooth and they gave me ~$4,000 more than the local dealership offered for my trade-in. More

You entered into a contract for a vehicle that you already sold and never informed me before the day of pick up. You then entered into A SECOND contract with me for another vehicle that was sold alrea already sold and never informed me before the day of pick up.
