The actual shopping experience was much better than going into a dealership. The representatives were always very helpful and never once was I felt pressured into buying a vehicle. Also when selling my car there was no other company even close to matching their offer. They gave me the best deal without a doubt. If you are looking to sell, or sell and buy it is definitely the route to go. My car wasn't detail like new but it wasn't a deal breaker. Since this is my first time every trying the online experience once I received my car I took it in for my own diagnoses check during my 7 day trial. I was a little worried because two different techs told me there was a small shudder when shifting from different gears and they could tell the car was from up north because of rust. Well my car is still under warranty so I took it in to get check by my Chevy dealer back home. I'm even more worried not because I love the car but I didn't want to make the wrong decision. long story short my dealership looked over the vehicle perform routine maintenance check change some fluids and told the car is in good shape but we shall see. The car is driving fine so overall very pleased over time will tell me how satisfied I am with my purchase. As of now I LOVE IT More

The beginning of the experience was good, I do wish the final approval was faster so I wasn’t left anxious for days. The delivery process was amazing. While the online shopping experience and finacincing is straightforward, logical, and almost too easy, every person considering buying with Carvana should know that the pick up/ delivery side of things is straightforward, logical, and almost too easy, every person considering buying with Carvana should know that the pick up/ delivery side of things is none of those things. If you want to buy from Carvana do not expect your vehicle when they say you will receive it and plan to spend some time with customer service. In the end you will get your car, but it is not as easy as the "car vending machine" schtick implies. More
