Alex (Long Island), the Carvana representative was very well versed in the entire transaction and easily answered all concerns with sincerity. Alex was very kind, patient and thorough. We did not feel rushed, coerced or pressured ever. This could have well been the best car buying experience I have encountered. I am not sure who is his supervisor , but I can attest to his competence, work ethic and cleanliness on delivery. Had a appraisal done on my car went to go accept the offer and it dropped $1,100 less then the original offer made. When I reached out to customer service it took 4 days for someone to text me back, bec offer and it dropped $1,100 less then the original offer made. When I reached out to customer service it took 4 days for someone to text me back, because when you try to call they don’t answer. And all they could tell me was that all companies have errors and learn from there mistakes. More

I purchase of a truck was perfect, Finance, delivery everything they say they are. They gave me a better price for my trade and I was upside down. All the dealers in the area talked way less and more of everything they say they are. They gave me a better price for my trade and I was upside down. All the dealers in the area talked way less and more of a down payment. The truck I picked and had delivered was exactly as stated and no surprises. In my opinion, This was perfect and I really believe it has to do with the lcal distribution or dealer facility more than the national company.
