It didn't lack communication it bordered on neglect. You allowed me to sell my car thinking I would be getting mine any day. Only at the last minute after I had jumped through numerous hoops done everything asked. Them you decide to up my down payment then call and tell me your not interested in the deal. So now I'm without a vehicle because you couldn't pickup a phone and verbally call my employer. I can not be the first person who gets a paystub but doesn't have direct deposit. You're a horrible excuse for customer service.
