Staff were professional/friendly. However, had many issues and car was constantly delayed. Original delivery was stopped because of a mistake on their end with the documents. I got an email at 10:30pm issues and car was constantly delayed. Original delivery was stopped because of a mistake on their end with the documents. I got an email at 10:30pm to call them to fix it. I called at 9am the next morning and they apologized for their mistake, then said the car could not be delivered the day it was meant to as i had had to respond by 3am! (again another error their end and they said i should have been informed much earlier than i was) I had to wait a further 4 days for the car (so had to reinstate my cancelled car insurance for my old car). The day changed 3 times, while on the phone before they managed to get a date. Finally on day of delivery they called 1o mins before to say the driver was sick and that i had to drive an hour to pick my car up or they can redeliver again in 3 days! Trade in was easy, but process was frustrating with all their mistakes. I would have to consider very carefully if i would buy a car this way again. I may have just had all the bad luck though. More

Day of delivery, I was texted an hour before letting me know the vehicle had been damaged, I requested Carvana repair. Delivery was delayed a week. Date of second delivery, vehicle arrived with dents/dings know the vehicle had been damaged, I requested Carvana repair. Delivery was delayed a week. Date of second delivery, vehicle arrived with dents/dings that were unadvertised. Carvana rep said “this is a common occurrence”. I have to do an after sale repair. I had vehicle inspected and it was noted that rear brakes are worn and should be replaced. I also now notice a pet odor in the car as well. Carvana emailed me about 2 weeks after sale and let me know they needed an additional form from me to complete registration, even though they advertised that they would complete the registration process themselves. Carvana app was easy to use, customer service was good, but all after sale issues were disappointing. More

I will never go to a car lot again!!! This was the best car buying experience that I have had yet! I am in love with my Santa Fe and already have people asking how this was and I can't say nicer things abo car buying experience that I have had yet!
