Additionally, my car delivery was delayed because they said the tires on the car I was purchas and has left me feeling like we both got a great deal. The experience was good. I did have to switch out cars and the 2nd vehicle was so much better. The 2nd delivery driver had issues but another associate filled in and brought the vehicle a few hours later and the 2nd vehicle was so much better. The 2nd delivery driver had issues but another associate filled in and brought the vehicle a few hours later but his customer service made me forget that there was an issue. even calling customer service was a good experience no attitudes when there was an issue even when I was upset each one remained calm. I don't think I could find enough words to say how happy I am! The website is awesome, and so easy to use. I was just curious and not even serious about buying a car. The system walked me through every angle. I bought the car! I called and got the car on my insurance and got the proof. Then a couple of days my car showed up. Jesse (the Carvana delivery person) was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, well spoken, and easy to understand. I test drove the car and checked it all out. I signed the papers and sent Jesse on his way. Easy Peasy! I will never go to another car dealership and wait around for 10 hours for all the processing. Please keep doing what you do! More
