Easiest car sale we have ever had. Great communication! Once we got to the dealership it only took less than 30 min and we were out the door, and that included doing a trade in. The Carvana folks were great. I found the process difficult and needed lots of assistance. My new car had damage that was not described on the website, and it is being repaired at no cost to me. Unfortunately, the damage indicates that the vehicle has been in a prior accident, when I purchased it as 'accident-free'. But on the whole it was a good experience and I would purchase a car again this way. I don't think I would trade my old vehicle in again, though. I did not receive a competitive price for it (each wheel rim on my historic car was worth more than the total compensation). More

I loved the CARVANA buying experience. Gone are the days of having to visit a car dealership, and I am more than OK with that. I do have two issues, which to most people may equal a less-than 4 star rating of having to visit a car dealership, and I am more than OK with that. I do have two issues, which to most people may equal a less-than 4 star rating. However, due to my overall satisfaction with the experience, I am still rating this review as 4 stars. After speaking with the delivery driver, he informed me that the TPMS (tire pressure monitors) were not registering the tire pressure. He let me know that all tires had been evaluated and seemed to be in great shape, however the TPMS was not working. He said they could hold off on delivering the vehicle, but it would likely add 1-2 weeks of delivery delay. He said my other option would be to take it in myself, once the car was in my possession. In order to avoid the delay I went ahead and had the car delivered. I took the vehicle in to BMW to have them take a look. The TPM sensors installed by the previous owner, were generic, non-branded sensors which were faulty and gave no read. Therefor they recommended I replace them with OEM sensors, which I was happy to do, being that the vehicle is still under factory warranty. The only issue is I was charged $50, for going outside of the Silverock network of repair facilities. However when I called KARTEK within their "network", I was told that the vehicle is still under warranty, and I should just take it in to the dealership. Anyhow $50 is not the issue. The issue is this vehicle is supposed to undergo Carvanas "150 pt" inspection. Which I was assume, if this was actually performed, this issue would have come to light. The second problem is minor. The front passenger cup holder was very obviously dirty. But not just dirty, it had a visible layer of a red gelatinous (probably some type of dried down juice) substance. A little cleaner got it out without a problem, but again....wheres the 150 point inspection when it comes to cup holders?? I will definitely recommend CARVANA to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I just ask that Carvana perform a final inspection upon confirmation of the vehicle, preferably BEFORE the date of delivery. More
All the people I spoke to on the phone were nice and the woman at the Greensboro facitly was fantastic and needs a big raise!! I do have a few issues... 1. They (people on the phone) told me since I was less than 100 miles I would need to go to Greensboro, it was 134 miles.... I did point that out over the phone and was told the experience of using the vending machine was worth the extra 34 miles and talked up how cool the token would be that I would get to keep. We were excited about that... 2. My car was too big for the vending machine so we never got that experience and no other cars came down while we were there for an hour.... 3. I never even got a token - my students were so excited to see all of the videos and the token and we had nothing... 4. Why didn't we just put my old plate back onto my new car?? Why did I pay for a new plate?? More
Very happy with this purchase. Just a little patience and everything works out. There sending me $200 for missing my scheduled delivery. I was missing a tow hook, they got me another one.
