They delivered the vehicle directly to me within the delivery window (just in time for my trip to the coast) and everything was as they stated. I bought a 2016 BMW 535i xDrive with only 13.5k miles for $35k. I would have never found a deal like that going to used car dealerships/outfits. I recommend identifying the vehicle that you want to buy, then looking it up on Carvana using their filters to find the lowest mileage/best deal as they aggregate all that info for you and you can filter it down to isolate the perfect vehicle for you - which is exactly what I did and I could not be happier. I would recommend Carvana to anyone and everyone - and I have been! More

I purchased a 2020 jeep compass trailhawk from Carvana. It was listed about 7k under kelly blue book value. I am very pleased with my purchase. I had some small concerns, including the interior not being completely cleaned, and the front license plate being mounted off center and inappropriately, but the associate I spoke with was very helpful. I didn't feel like any updates were pushed on me at any time and it completely removed the typical "sales room pressure" from the car buying experience. The only hold up I had was with my bank, which Carvana assisted personally to get past. I will definitely be purchasing from Carvana again in the future. More
First of all, stop selling people that you have only the best cars. The first car they sent was literally trash. I almost didn’t even accept the delivery at the time they dropped it, but the private tow company said I couldn’t refuse. Second, the car was stupidly overpriced and I shouldn’t have expected the replacement car to be any cheaper or even close to the same price. After paying the undefinable private tow company free that is not included in the 7-day return cost, I got a car worth having at a price about 20% higher than I should have paid. Basically, I think they know that the people buying cars from them are unable to afford a good deal. Don’t continue to fund their business model and grow your credit to get a better deal at a dealership that values you as a consumer. Additionally, my ex-wife also purchased a vehicle from them around the same time, unannounced to me, and was treated similarly. I don’t care about her, so I’m only telling you because I care about how you perceive this company. If I could relate info about this company regardless of my relationship with my ex, the company must really not be that good More

The car was great and at a good price. The process was what I would improve. The communication was not great as the portal was not updated with new or accurate information regarding what was needed to co what I would improve. The status of reviewing the order was there for over a week and I was paying cash. They then started communicating with a BOT over txt which was not helpful because it could not answer any questions. I was then told I had 3 option to get them the money a week after I committed to the purchase but they did not provide the details on how to wire or send the the money, just that I could. Nothing was updated in the portal and I had to call multiple times because there was no communication and the holds were well over 30 min each time. I suggested multiple times to just communicate effectively in the portal and I would not even need to call. I suspect the purchase would have been easier if I was financing with them but I was not and I did spend about 6-8 hours over a number of days completing the purchase. In the end the delivery was smooth and the car is good, just the process could have been improved upon as I did not save much time compared to buying at a dealership. More
Very happy with my Carvana trade-in and purchase experience. They are abundantly clear on what you have to do, and by what date it needs to be done by. Sort of like giving you homework. To be fair, all the same paperwork needs to be done as it would in a dealership, the beauty however is you can do it all, including car shop, in the comfort of your own home. When I read other reviews about how the delivery date was changed by Carvana, I bet it was because the buyer didn't do what they needed to do by the deadline Carvana gave them. Totally understandable. I am officially a fan of Carvana and will never set foot on another car dealer's lot again. So happy to never be held captive in some cubicle at a dealership and being asked, "Hey, can I get you a bottle of water?" Bottom line is, as long as you do what you're supposed to do on your end, they will do their part. At first the experience was terrifying, but I must say it got better when I was able to talk with a human after I had done the online reserve and purchase part. I spoke with a human when I was not comfortable putting all my bank info online. Also, they gave me the best price for my trade in, and the vehicle I purchased was well below KBB. I highly recommend Carvana. Very happy. More

Process of supplying information via internet was troublesome. First copy of DL was returned as unreadable. Then scan of DL came back as could not read .TIF file. Traveled to KIOSK in Castleton, IN troublesome. First copy of DL was returned as unreadable. Then scan of DL came back as could not read .TIF file. Traveled to KIOSK in Castleton, IN. to request help and was told no one there could help me that it had to all be done on line. At this point I was ready to just find another car where I could talk to a real human but my wife persisted and we finally were able to get the requested documents submitted. Actual delivery of car was far more pleasurable in working with Jennifer than the process leading up to delivery. The car was as represented and it was reasonably priced. More
