In terms of the mechanical concerns you mentioned, all of our vehicles go through two separate inspections- our initial 150-point inspection and a second pre-delivery inspection prior to the delivery of the car. I have reason to believe that your 150-point inspection is either a lie, false advertising or there was some omission of the process on my vehicle and documentation stating that it was done was falsified. I have now spent $250 on an ozone treatment to clear out the smoke smell. Had to purchase new cabin air filter as it was completely soiled in smoke residue. I also had to buy new wiper blades within the first 3 weeks as they were non-functional. Furthermore, my floor mats which were photographed in the description prior to sale, were not included when I picked up the truck. The representative said that new ones were ordered and would be mailed to me. To this day, no floor mats have arrived. My email address is sendmarcmail@gmail.com.
