No one could tell me why I couldn’t buy down interest rate, when I could have on first vehicle. Second on refund again you kept the money for 14 days after the 7 day return was up. If I would have just return the SUV and bought from Lexus dealership instead. I’ll do all I can to make sure other customers know what kind of company you are through Twitter, Facebook nobody should have to deal with what I went through.

Part of our process not only is guaranteeing that the cars have gone through the 150-point inspection to ensure it drives as close to new as possible, but we also detail every vehicle so that it looks as close to new as possible. In terms of the mechanical concerns you mentioned, all of our vehicles go through two separate inspections- our initial 150-point inspection and a second pre-delivery inspection prior to the delivery of the car. The hatch struts and gas cap should have both been taken care of ahead of time, during our 150-point inspection.
