First time buying from carvana and it won't be my last time. Not only did I save a lot of money but it was very convenient. The car wasn't ready for pick up the first go around and I didn't find out until I showed up for delivery and had to go home. The second scheduled pick up date arrived and the car still wasn't ready but I didn't find out until I showed up for delivery and had to go home. The second scheduled pick up date arrived and the car still wasn't ready but they delivered it anyway and promised to get me a repair order so I could have the minor interior work done on the car and I still have not received the repair order or any communication from Carvana about where and how to get my door trim fixed. They said they would reach out within the first 7 days of ownership and I have heard nothing. The online chat function has been basically useless because they never respond after the initial please wait we are busy. I am used to being on hold when calling in and now i get put on hold in the chat room. That is very disappointing. The car is great and runs well. The deal was smooth. The delivery has been awful. As of right now I can still say it was a better process then going to the dealership although having to travel to the pick up spot 2 weeks in a row and still not having the car ready is poor service and they wouldn't deliver it to my house as they advertise without charging a fee. This blows my mind because I always thought that was one of the best features of Carvana. I still don't understand the explanation they provided. More

Okay, shopping in pajamas was a plus. First, there were greasy dirty finger prints on almost every button. This car was not cleaned after it was worked on. I have pictures of the almost an hour over 3 days cleaning with degreaser. They talked about chips in paint, but should have mentioned sun damage to side window pillars. Gas tank only 1/3 full. Previous owners registration was in the books and all his last places were stored in GPS. Hatch back fell on my head the next morning and needs new struts. Cannot get gas cap to do the "one click", it does not feel secure, but no check engine light. Issues with the website because Blink does not recognize my banking institution. I use a credit union. Spent a lot of time with the nice people on the phone trying to set up automatic payments, had to get a cashiers check for down payment because needed to manually enter information. There are serious issues with Blink. The website needs help on the software department. You keep sending me information to set up auto payments but I did that during financing. If I had not had a screen shot of the promised APR, they would have charged me two points higher. I went with Carvana because my friend sold a car and she said it was easy, but buying no so much. On the plus side most folks went out of their way to help. That's why 3 stars, otherwise it would be less. I don't know who to talk to about the gas cap and hatch back struts and if they are covered. Delivery was on time. Look I'm trying to recommend but cannot for buying, selling maybe. I've bought from Carmax and it was much easier. I love the car and how it drives, etc. but disappointed with the experience. More
I absolutely loved how easy it was to get approved for financing and then shop online for my new SUV. I'm a truck driver that's out for 2 months at a time so my time home is important to me. The SUV was delivered to me and was in the condition specified which is great. Paperwork was received as promised and downloading App for monthly payments was simple. Would definitely recommend and buy from again. More
Their customer service is fantastic. However they delayed my car twice. I would def buy from them again tho. The car came as described and they made sure I was happy. Best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. We had some tricky circumstances to work around and they worked with us beautifully. They made it simple, didn’t harass us as we went from vehicle to vehicle online, & they offered us so much more on our trade-in than any dealership would.
