This would have been a great experience if : I would have been notified in advance that the title could not have a tear in it. After driving 190 miles I was not able to pick up my car and had to apply for a been notified in advance that the title could not have a tear in it. After driving 190 miles I was not able to pick up my car and had to apply for a new title and wait 2 weeks only to drive another 190 miles to pick up my car. After returning home we then noticed that our temporary tags had the old pick up date and only allowed for 2 weeks to register my new car. I will say the ease of online purchasing was an easy and exceptional transaction. The employees have been knowledgeable and understanding. I just wish my pick up experience had gone better. More
