I would like to start out by saying now that I have my car that it was a good experience. I only down graded it because of several poor interactions with some the advocates. I grew extremely frustrated wi car that it was a good experience. I only down graded it because of several poor interactions with some the advocates. I grew extremely frustrated with long delays between text messages, emails and phone calls. Sometimes it was an hour or more before someone would get back with me. On one occasion I wasn’t contacted until the next day. I thought all my questions were important to me to deserve a timely response. It seemed as if one advocate was dealing with many customers. My delivery was delayed by a week because of some story about lost keys. After reading other customer reviews I found out that this had happened several times before. Thus far it’s been ok but I have not finished up dealing with unadvertised deficiencies to the car so time will tell More
Most everything went as planned. Delivery got postponed by a week, So I was disappointed in that fact. After I expressed my disappointment I guess I was just blown off by a week, So I was disappointed in that fact. After I expressed my disappointment I guess I was just blown off More

The buying process is streamlined. Super easy and convenient almost too easy. Trouble didn’t arise till I actually received the vehicle. It was not as described. The failed to mention the caved in ro convenient almost too easy. Trouble didn’t arise till I actually received the vehicle. It was not as described. The failed to mention the caved in roof, 3mm brakes which will shutter you out of the vehicle, leaking differential, damaged leather seats and the like. I bought a Carvana certified vehicle. Said all fluids changed, new brakes and free of any major defects. When brought up these issues, I was told “the price has been adjusted for them”. After having a go sound for roughly 90 min, they agreed to have items corrected. Well the service centers they work with do not work on sunroofs and having anyone accept their warranty, silver rock has been a challenge. Silver rock has a name in the industry for not paying shops. I’ve had the vehicle 2 weeks now trying to get these items handled with nothing but pushback. All they tell me is they will take it back and give me something else. I searched 7 months to find the truck I bought. When asked about why the caved in roof was not noted but a scratched tail lamp was, they told me they only note “eye level” defects. The sunroof leaks, has wind noise and the headliner has fallen. I think that’s eye level. I stated when the vehicle was dropped off I had a tag stolen and had a credit with the DMV. System was noted for the registration department to contact me. That was only discovered after they issued and charged me for new tags. After a whole day on the phone, the only offered to cover the fees associated by me going to the tag office to correct and not refund the roughly $500 collected for processing incorrect tag work. No one who works at Carvana has ever worked in the car business which makes it more annoying. I’ve verbally had the return extended since I can’t get anywhere as of yet with vehicle issues. I simply want the vehicle that was described and promised. 7 days is not enough time to have issues potentially corrected on a vehicle that’s “Carvana Certified”. At least if I bought it from a dealer, these items would never have been an issue. Carvana sells cars like we once did in the 70’s. If at all costs, buy from your local dealer. More
If you plan on financing with carvana, it's a fast experience, taking no less than 3 hours. Third party banking is another story though. Carvana will sometimes say that the factory warranty for a vehi experience, taking no less than 3 hours. Third party banking is another story though. Carvana will sometimes say that the factory warranty for a vehicle has expired but that doesn't mean that the power train warranty is out. As for delivery, my experience was the my driver was a good hour late but I won't count that against them. Every associate I talked to was very nice and considerate which is a huge plus. Other than that, I'll prefer using carvana than any other dealership. More
Car is great but had an uncaught/unlisted electric malfunction upon test-drive that SilverRock *did* cover fully but still took 2 work days away to fix. malfunction upon test-drive that SilverRock *did* cover fully but still took 2 work days away to fix. More

The entire process was amazing. I have bought cars before, but this was the BEST experience I have ever had. All car-buying experiences should be like this. before, but this was the BEST experience I have ever had. All car-buying experiences should be like this. More
