If I could give a zero I would, it arrived 2 months late, with no third row as shown in pictures and then it never was resolved as “the manager doesn’t work here any longer” what a scam, now 2k later to get with no third row as shown in pictures and then it never was resolved as “the manager doesn’t work here any longer” what a scam, now 2k later to get things fixed we have nothing nice to even say about this encounter with this rip off of a company, such scammers! I’m mentioned this before signing the contract and was told everything would be free with the 100 day warranty. I didn’t get the additional warranty because there is no good repair shops in my area in network. Well, the lady did put in for the new key fob but if course they’re is no in network silver rock. so i have to pay up front and get a reimbursement because it was a hassle trying to explain to the dealership about electronic payments. She didn’t do the battery and I had to pay the $100 deductible (the operator) was nice and helpful and will reimburse me my money because I explained that I would have left the keys there if I knew I would have to pay for repairs two days off the lot. The rep. ensure me that I would pay nothing but that was a big lie. So, I have learned from this experience is to get all promises in writing. But, I can say the phone rep did make everything right and fair and explain in details the 100 day warranty and I swill receive a check in the mail for the money I spent. More
3rd vehicle I have bought from Carvana. I could not be happier with them. The price they tell you is what you pay, unlike most dealerships anymore. They have been better than advertised with everything they say they will do. My second vehicle I bought, I swapped, and the only reason is another truck came in the day after I received mine and the only reason I swapped was it had 40,000 less miles. No questions asked and it was in my driveway 2 days later!!! More

There are pros and cons of this particular process that buyers should certainly consider prior to purchasing a vehicle from Carvana. First, please consider how Carvana is getting its vehicles into its fle buyers should certainly consider prior to purchasing a vehicle from Carvana. First, please consider how Carvana is getting its vehicles into its fleet. Generally, I've found they get vehicles from Auction, from purchasing from Rental Car companies, government agencies and plain clothes cars. Second, Carvana claims that all vehicles go through a 100+ point inspection prior to being put up for sale. From experience (3 cars purchased), I can confirm this is likely not true. With this particular car I purchased, we immediately noticed the rotors were likely warped, further confirmed by taking it to be inspected right after receiving the car. Obviously, this is not only negligent but dangerous for drivers who may not know the signs of bad brakes on their vehicles. As it stands today, I am concerned the vehicle I have received may have more issues that I have not yet discovered, not because they could not have been solved prior to selling, but because the dealer simply chose to not address these issues themselves, passing the cost to the buyer in the price point. Next, at pickup, the dealer noted the car was being detailed prior to my pickup. As this was my dream car, I was very excited to use the Carvana vending machine and the experience it promises its customers. Upon watching my car come down, I noticed the car was not truly cleaned (dirt on the sides and wheels from apparent driving), and the inside was not truly detailed (did not look or smell as if it had any cleaner applied to it, and the back window had a heart shape made in it from someone's hand). This was not a great first impression of my new 'detailed' vehicle. Next, Carvana claims to simplify the buying process for buyers. This is very true. My trade-in was easily valued (although lower than CarFax and KBB) and the process to get financing was easy. A drawback to this: Carvana pulls from your FICO 2 score, which is historically the lowest of all scores. For context, my AutoScore8 is over 750 while FICO 2 is closer to 680. This allows Carvana to essentially charge you more for your vehicle via higher interest rates. While you can get external financing, the process at times is lengthier and time-consuming if you don't want to miss a deal or car you want. Once I was able to reserve my vehicle the process for pickup was easy. I did pay ~$600 for shipping the car to the Kansas City Vending machine and opted to pick the car up (driving from Saint Louis) as my previous car delivery experience was negative, with the last car being delivered with major scrapes, due to issues during delivery from the contractor moving the car. You are able to sign all of your contracts and documents online prior to pickup. On the day of delivery, I did notice that Carvana's delivery times are in CDT and not CST, which is an hour difference, and was very confusing. It was also difficult to get regular updates from Customer Service, who could not note if the car was on time to be delivered when I called to ask (so I did not waste a trip). They did however encourage me to use the Chat feature, even though it only holds pre-programmed responses (customers who call back consistently equate to negative points at the call center for Carvana employees, as they would be considered to not have answered all consumer concerns). During the pickup process in Kansas City's Vending Machine, my associate, Brett, was amazing. He was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, was open about each thing we were signing and the next steps in the process. He handed me a souvenir token for the vending machine and gave me another to pull my car down. I am sure it is a very nice light show in the evening, but my experience was sufficient. 1 day after purchase, I did have to take my car directly to a Firestone due to the bad Rotors and Brakes, which SilverRock will fix if it's within the 7-day warranty.Waiting to see if there is more damage More
