I'd leave zero stars if I could. First, we picked up our car at the Charlotte NC location which was horrible. It was a small lot packed with cars so that it was difficult even to maneuver out of the lot. The real nightmare came after the purchase. Our bank made an error in dispersing the funds to Carvana, but immediately fixed the problem by wiring the money. However, we had days of threatening emails, accusing of us avoiding them despite our constant contact and despite our proof from the bank that we paid them. There was never an apology and there was no way to get an actual person on the phone. We'll never use this company again and will discourage our friends and family from doing so. More

Very disappointed. I have had the car for almost 2 weeks now and has been in the shop for almost those whole 2 weeks!! My car, 2020, has transmission and electrical issues that Carvana has failed to fix or even acknowledge. The doors do not lock or unlock at all and the car has a terrible sound when driving. You can’t tell me that the people at Carvana or even those who dropped the car off didn’t know those issues. Secondly, I asked Carvana for an extension on my return warranty and the person tells me that it has been approved for the extension. I found out today that the person I spoke with lied to me and I never got the extension. Overall very poor in every way. However, silver rock has been awesome with fixing all the issues with my car. Carvana will promise that they do a 150 point inspection and they have high standards for your car. That is not true at all. And my car is a prime example of how that is very dishonest. More

Thought this was the future of car buying? Then why did I still have to go to my local dealer still. Wanted to do this instead so I didn't waste days going back and forth with a sleazy dealer. Turns out I wasted 3 days with your ridiculous program. Went to my local dealer and was in and out in 2 hours and my car will be here in 4 days. Plus I got a better deal on the same type vehicle with 20,000 less miles and more features. Thank you for confirming what I already thought. No matter how you buy a car, the car business has become a joke! Carvana enjoy bankruptcy! More

The entire process was riddled with small issues. From start to finish, nothing but issues. The serious issue I have been dealing with since my purchase is the title, or lack thereof. It has been over two months since purchasing my vehicle and have yet to receive my title. My temporary tags expired and had to request new ones. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. More
